kata Helmi Budiman kepada wartawan, Senin (19\/8\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menuturkan, pemerintah telah mengucurkan anggaran untuk pembangunan dan perbaikan jalan di pelosok Kabupaten Garut, termasuk di Kecamatan Banjarwangi, kemudian berhak mengawasi setiap tahapan dan hasilnya.<\/p>\n<p>Namun hasil peninjauan ke lokasi itu, Wabup menemukan spesifikasi material yang digunakan untuk pembangunan\u00a0jalan beton tidak sesuai harapan atau terkesan asal-asalan. &#8220;Bahan material batu untuk menutupi jalan yang berlubang sangat rapuh, kami minta jangan asal-asalan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Helmi, pembangunan jalan beton yang bagus seharusnya sebelum tahap pengecoran terlebih dahulu badan jalan diratakan lalu menutupi jalan yang berlubang dengan batu agar lebih kuat.<\/p>\n<p>Ia berharap, pembangunan jalan di pelosok daerah Garut mendapatkan perhatian dan pengawasan dari semua elemen masyarakat agar pengerjaannya tidak asal-asalan atau mengecewakan. &#8220;Kami meminta warga turut mengawasi dan melaporkan bila ada kejanggalan,&#8221;
