GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b> Wakil Bupati Garut, Helmi Budiman, mengatakan di Kabupaten Garut masih banyak praktek rentenir yang berkedok koperasi. Untuk mengatasi hal itu, Helmi berharap untuk diperbanyak koperasi sungguhan, baik di perkotaan maupun pelosok.<\/p>\n

“Saya meminta agar masyarakat mewaspadai pergerakan rentenir namun kedoknya koperasi di tengah masyarakat,” ujar dia, Rabu (31\/7\/2019).<\/p>\n

Helmi mengatakan, pemerintah Kabupaten Garut akan terus hadir dan berkomitmen membangun koperasi melalui sejumlah kebijakan, program pengembangan sumber daya manusianya, hingga hal lainnya yang berkaitan.<\/p>\n

“Kalau titik akhirnya tentu mewujudkan Garut sebagai kabupaten koperasi,” kata dia.<\/p>\n

Menurut Helmi, koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang berwatak sosial sehingga memberikan dampak dan manfaat kepada masyarakat, khsusnya anggotanya secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Titik akhirnya sendiri, menurutnya adalah terbebasnya masyarakat dari rentenir.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Garut, Eko Yulianto menyebut bahwa rentenir yang berkedok koperasi adalah tantangan untuk koperasi yang sesungguhnya. Selama ini, ia pun mengaku tidak sembarangan mengeluarkan izin pendirian koperasi untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Tentunya yang saat ini harus dilakukan adalah penyadaran masyarakat tentang koperasi itu seperti bagaimana. Sekarang ini di Garut ada 1.500-an koperasi. Yang aktif itu ada 80 persennya. Dari yang aktif, yang rutin melakukan rapat anggota tahunan hanya 500-an saja. Kita terus berproses menuju lebih baik,” katanya. (Mrdk\/Gun)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
