Namun, juga untuk pelamar umum. Hal tersebut diprotes keras. Honorer K2 menilai kebijakan tersebut sama halnya mematikan mereka.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kebijakan pemerintah tidak sesuai dengan rencana awal yang akan memberikan prioritas bagi honorer K2 di tahap II. Ini sama saja membunuh secara perlahan honorer K2,&#8221; kata Dani Hamdani, guru honorer K2 Kabupaten Garut, Minggu (23\/6\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengaku sudah ikut tes PPPK tahap I. Sayangnya guru honorer yang sudah bersertifikasi ini gagal karena tidak lolos passing grade.<\/p>\n<p>Dani menyebutkan, pernyataan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisana sangat melukai honorer K2 yang tidak lulus tes dan belum ikut rekrutmen.<\/p>\n<p>Pemerintah membuat kebijakan untuk PPPK tahap II dibuka untuk umum, dengan alasan demi memenuhi rasa keadilan. Namun, giliran ada rekrutmen CPNS, peluang honorer K2 dibatasi masalah umur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kebijakan pemerintah tentang PPPK baru kali ini dikeluarkan. Lahirnya PP 49\/2018 tentang Manajemen PPPK juga baru kemarin. Pemerintah juga janji dengan adanya PPPK untuk mengakomodir honorer K2 tapi sekarang malah dibuka untuk umum. Berarti kebijakan pemerintah sudah keliru dan ingkar janji,&#8221; kritik Dani.<\/p>\n<p>Dani menambahkan, saat ini seluruh honorer K2 berharap pemerinrah mencabut rencana kebijakan tersebut. Terutama yang dilontarkan kepala BKN seusai raker dengan Komisi II DPR RI pada 20 Juni.
