Dalam video yang beredar, pengunjung sebuah booth yang disebut \u201cNewPort\u201d terlihat diminta membaca Surah Ad-Duha untuk memperoleh hadiah berupa minuman keras. Dalam unggahan tersebut, event itu disebut diduga merupakan \u201cThe Sound Project\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ayi menilai penggunaan ayat suci Al-Qur\u2019an dalam aktivitas promosi minuman keras tidak pantas. Menurut dia, tindakan tersebut bukan hanya persoalan etika, tetapi juga menyangkut penghormatan terhadap simbol dan nilai keagamaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaya mengecam dan mengutuk keras tindakan ini. Ini bukan sekadar tidak etis, tetapi juga melukai kesucian Al-Qur\u2019an. Kalimat Allah tidak pantas dan tidak boleh dijadikan alat promosi, apalagi dipasangkan dengan minuman keras,\u201d kata Ayi.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Ayi, Al-Qur\u2019an memiliki kedudukan penting bagi umat Islam. Karena itu, ayat-ayat di dalamnya tidak semestinya digunakan sebagai bagian dari permainan atau strategi promosi komersial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl-Qur\u2019an adalah kalamullah dan pedoman hidup umat Islam. Menjadikannya sebagai bahan challenge demi mendapatkan sebotol miras merupakan tindakan yang sangat tidak beradab. Ini tentu sangat menyakitkan bagi umat Islam,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia meminta penyelenggara event memberikan penjelasan mengenai aktivitas yang terekam dalam video tersebut. Ayi juga mendesak penyelenggara mengambil langkah tegas apabila aktivitas itu benar terjadi di dalam rangkaian acara.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut dia, penyelenggara memiliki tanggung jawab memastikan kegiatan promosi yang berlangsung dalam sebuah event tidak menabrak norma sosial, agama, maupun ketentuan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Ayi juga meminta aparat penegak hukum, Kementerian Agama, Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), dan pemerintah daerah meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap bentuk promosi yang berpotensi menyinggung simbol keagamaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami meminta penyelenggara event bertanggung jawab. Jangan sampai kepentingan komersial mengorbankan kesucian agama. Indonesia memiliki Pancasila dengan sila pertama, Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Hal seperti ini jangan sampai terulang,\u201d kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, Ayi mengingatkan masyarakat agar tidak merespons persoalan tersebut dengan tindakan kekerasan. Ia meminta keberatan disampaikan melalui jalur hukum dan mekanisme konstitusional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSilakan sampaikan protes secara konstitusional dan beradab. Jangan terpancing tindakan anarkis. Namun, suara umat juga harus didengar,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga artikel ini disusun, video dugaan penggunaan Surah Ad-Duha dalam challenge berhadiah minuman keras tersebut masih mendapat perhatian warganet. Sejumlah pengguna media sosial menyampaikan kritik terhadap penggunaan ayat suci Al-Qur\u2019an dalam aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan promosi minuman keras.<\/p>\n<p>Belum terdapat keterangan dari pihak booth yang disebut \u201cNewPort\u201d maupun penyelenggara event mengenai video dan dugaan aktivitas tersebut. Karena itu, konteks lengkap mengenai lokasi, penyelenggara, serta tujuan aktivitas dalam video tersebut masih perlu diklarifikasi.<\/p>\n<p>Dugaan tersebut juga perlu ditempatkan secara hati-hati sampai pihak-pihak terkait memberikan penjelasan. Kritik terhadap penggunaan simbol agama, kata Ayi, tetap dapat disampaikan tanpa mengarah pada tindakan yang melanggar hukum.
