GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b> <\/span> Tiga pekan setelah laporan dugaan penyimpangan Dana Desa (DD) Tahun Anggaran 2022 untuk pembangunan Gedung Olahraga (GOR) Desa Tambaksari, Kecamatan Leuwigoong, Kabupaten Garut, disampaikan ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Garut, pelapor mengaku belum menerima informasi mengenai perkembangan penanganan perkara tersebut. <\/p>\n

Kondisi ini memunculkan desakan agar aparat penegak hukum segera memberikan kepastian atas laporan yang telah diajukan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Laporan itu disampaikan oleh Ketua Relawan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, Yunus, yang mengatasnamakan aspirasi warga. Ia menyebut laporan telah dilengkapi sejumlah dokumen dan bukti awal yang dinilai mengindikasikan adanya dugaan penyimpangan dalam pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan GOR yang dibiayai Dana Desa tahun 2022.<\/p>\n

Menurut Yunus, hingga kini belum ada pemberitahuan dari Kejari Garut mengenai status laporan maupun langkah yang telah dilakukan untuk menindaklanjuti aduan tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Kami datang secara resmi, membawa dokumen dan bukti permulaan yang cukup mengenai kejanggalan proyek GOR TA 2022. Namun sudah tiga minggu berlalu, belum ada transparansi ataupun pemberitahuan apakah laporan kami ditindaklanjuti atau tidak,” kata Yunus.<\/p>\n

Ia menilai, sebagai institusi penegak hukum, Kejari Garut perlu memberikan kepastian kepada masyarakat mengenai proses penanganan setiap laporan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan keuangan negara di tingkat desa.<\/p>\n

Dalam laporannya, masyarakat meminta Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Garut melakukan pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap proyek GOR Desa Tambaksari, baik dari sisi kondisi fisik bangunan maupun dokumen pertanggungjawaban penggunaan anggaran.<\/p>\n

Pelapor mengungkapkan, terdapat sejumlah hal yang menjadi dasar penyampaian laporan. Di antaranya kondisi bangunan yang dinilai belum sebanding dengan anggaran yang dialokasikan, dugaan penggelembungan harga material dan biaya pekerjaan, serta pemanfaatan gedung yang hingga kini disebut belum optimal bagi masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Menurut Yunus, berbagai dugaan tersebut perlu dibuktikan melalui proses penyelidikan dan pemeriksaan oleh aparat penegak hukum agar diperoleh kepastian hukum sekaligus menjawab keresahan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Ia juga berharap Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Garut memastikan penanganan perkara dilakukan secara profesional, transparan, dan tanpa tebang pilih. Menurutnya, lambatnya respons dikhawatirkan dapat menghambat proses pengungkapan fakta apabila tidak segera ditindaklanjuti.<\/p>\n

“Jika dalam waktu dekat Kejari Garut tetap tidak memberikan progres atau kejelasan hukum terkait dugaan korupsi GOR Desa Tambaksari ini, kami bersama elemen masyarakat sipil akan membawa persoalan ini ke Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Barat dan Ombudsman,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n
