Sejumlah perusahaan justru masih membuka lowongan kerja dalam jumlah besar, terutama di sektor manufaktur yang terus berkembang.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Bidang Penempatan, Perluasan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Pentatrans) Disnakertrans Jawa Barat, Hendra Kusuma Sumantri, mengatakan bahwa tingginya kebutuhan tenaga kerja tersebut tercermin dari data pada platform pencari kerja Nyari Gawe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalau melihat data yang masuk, kebutuhan tenaga kerja industri masih cukup tinggi. Trennya memang didominasi operator. Ada beberapa perusahaan yang melakukan <i>mass hiring<\/i>, dan sebagian besar yang dibutuhkan adalah operator,\u201d ujar Hendra, Minggu (18\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Hendra, lowongan yang tersedia umumnya menyasar tenaga terampil atau semi <i>skilled<\/i>, khususnya untuk posisi operator mesin. Kebutuhan ini banyak datang dari industri manufaktur, termasuk sektor kendaraan listrik (electric vehicle\/EV) yang tengah tumbuh pesat di Jawa Barat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMemang kebanyakan semi <i>skilled<\/i> operator, terutama di industri-industri manufaktur seperti EV,\u201d kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Hendra menjelaskan, perusahaan membuka berbagai jenis posisi kerja, mulai dari perakitan bodi kendaraan, proses manufaktur, hingga operator di lini produksi. Bahkan, dalam beberapa kasus, jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan dinilai cukup besar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cContohnya di industri EV, kebutuhan untuk <i>body assembling<\/i>, <i>manufacturing<\/i>, sampai perakitan itu sangat tinggi,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hendra menegaskan, meskipun dunia industri kini semakin akrab dengan robot dan teknologi otomatisasi, peran tenaga kerja manusia belum sepenuhnya tergantikan. Pada sektor manufaktur tertentu, kehadiran operator masih menjadi tulang punggung proses produksi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMasih ada, masih ada. Tidak kemudian hilang sama sekali. Karena memang posisinya <i>manufacturing<\/i>,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa di tengah gempuran otomatisasi, industri padat karya di Jawa Barat masih bertahan dan bahkan membuka peluang kerja, seiring berkembangnya sektor manufaktur dan kendaraan listrik yang terus membutuhkan keterlibatan tenaga manusia.
