Tanpa banyak seremoni, pejabat baru ini memilih menempuh jalan terjal menuju desa-desa di wilayah paling selatan Kabupaten Garut.<\/p>\n<p>Rabu (22 Oktober 2025), selepas memimpin upacara Hari Santri Nasional di Lapang Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Garut, Ade langsung bertolak menuju Desa Girimukti, sekitar 20 kilometer dari pusat Kecamatan Cisewu untuk melakukan pembinaan dan monitoring evaluasi (monev).<\/p>\n<p>Perjalanan itu bukan perkara ringan. Jalan berbatu, turunan curam, dan kondisi aspal yang rusak menjadi rute wajib bagi rombongan kecil yang dipimpinnya. Mereka memilih menunggang sepeda motor agar bisa menembus medan yang sulit dijangkau kendaraan roda empat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelepas memimpin upacara Hari Santri Nasional, Pak Camat langsung ke Girimukti untuk melaksanakan pembinaan dan monev ke desa-desa,\u201d ujar Kepala Seksi Ketentraman dan Ketertiban (Trantib) Kecamatan Cisewu, Yudiawan Apandi, kepada <b>GOSIPGARUT.ID<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Yudiawan, langkah cepat yang diambil Ade Poniman menjadi sinyal awal dari kepemimpinannya di Cisewu\u2014seorang birokrat yang lebih memilih bekerja di lapangan ketimbang di balik meja.<\/p>\n<p>Bukan hanya Girimukti, Ade juga telah menyiapkan agenda serupa untuk delapan desa lainnya: Cisewu, Mekarsewu, Nyalindung, Pamalayan, Panggalih, Sukajaya, Karangsewu, dan Cikarang. Dua di antaranya\u2014Cikarang dan Karangsewu\u2014terpencil dan berjarak cukup jauh dari pusat kecamatan, dengan kondisi jalan yang disebut warga \u201clebih cocok untuk motor trail daripada mobil dinas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDalam hal pekerjaan, Pak Camat bisa dibilang gerak cepat,\u201d kata Kaja, salah seorang staf Kecamatan Cisewu.<\/p>\n<p>Pembinaan yang dilakukan mencakup penataan administrasi pemerintahan desa, evaluasi pembangunan fisik, serta pemantauan penggunaan anggaran tahun 2025. Ade disebut ingin memastikan bahwa setiap program berjalan tepat sasaran, terutama di wilayah yang selama ini jarang tersentuh perhatian birokrasi.<\/p>\n<p>Langkah itu mendapat sambutan positif dari sejumlah kepala desa. Mereka menilai kehadiran camat baru membawa suasana kerja yang lebih dinamis dan kolaboratif.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiasanya pejabat baru butuh waktu adaptasi. Tapi Pak Ade langsung turun ke lapangan, bahkan ke desa paling jauh.
