Melalui kerja sama antara PT Migas Utama Jabar (Perseroda) \u2014 mitra resmi Pertamina \u2014 dan PT Enerproco Global Indonesia, Jawa Barat menegaskan komitmennya menjadi episentrum investasi energi berbasis teknologi tinggi dan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Biro Perekonomian Setda Provinsi Jawa Barat, Budi Kurnia, menyebut kerja sama ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi visi Gubernur Jawa Barat dalam membangun kemandirian energi daerah berbasis inovasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKerja sama ini menunjukkan bahwa Jawa Barat mampu menjadi pusat investasi energi berbasis teknologi tinggi. Kami membuka ruang kolaborasi dengan mitra global untuk mempercepat industrialisasi sektor energi daerah,\u201d ujar Budi, Rabu (15\/10\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>PT Enerproco Global Indonesia, yang berafiliasi dengan Enerprogroup LLC berbasis di Houston, Amerika Serikat, dikenal memiliki rekam jejak internasional dalam penerapan teknologi <i>Chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery (C-EOR)<\/i>. Teknologi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan produksi minyak hingga 30 persen dari <i>Original Oil in Place (OOIP)<\/i> di berbagai negara seperti Indonesia, India, Kuwait, dan Inggris.<\/p>\n<p>Investasi dengan nilai ekonomi mencapai miliaran dolar AS kini siap dieksekusi. Salah satu fokusnya adalah pengembangan potensi sumur-sumur migas <i>idle<\/i> di wilayah Jawa Barat, termasuk proyek di lapangan E-Main dan Zulu, serta beberapa lapangan potensial lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Komitmen besar tersebut diresmikan melalui penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) antara Direktur PT Migas Utama Jabar (Perseroda) Muhamad Sani dan Direktur Operasional PT Enerproco Global Indonesia Risvi Shihab, di Bandung.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami berharap kerja sama ini menjadi mitra strategis dalam mengoptimalkan potensi migas Jawa Barat secara berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan, sejalan dengan pola eksplorasi yang dikembangkan Pemprov Jabar,\u201d kata Sani.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Risvi Shihab menegaskan komitmen pihaknya untuk menghadirkan standar teknologi energi internasional yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi hijau Jawa Barat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami siap menjadi mitra strategis optimalisasi potensi migas di Jawa Barat dengan standar internasional yang ramah lingkungan. Teknologi berkelas dunia akan kami terapkan untuk mendukung peningkatan investasi dan bisnis di sektor migas,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan kolaborasi ini, sinergi antara BUMD energi Jawa Barat, Pertamina, dan pengembang teknologi global diharapkan semakin memperkuat ketahanan energi nasional sekaligus membuka babak baru bagi industri energi hijau dan inovatif di Tanah Air.
