Bupati Abdusy Syakur Amin melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) RI di Jakarta, Kamis (2\/10\/2025). Ia disambut langsung oleh Menteri Ketenagakerjaan RI, Prof. Yassierli, dan Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) Kemnaker RI, Cris Kuntadi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Pemkab Garut dan Kemnaker membahas strategi pengembangan serta penyerapan tenaga kerja, khususnya melalui peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia.<\/p>\n<p>Sekjen Kemnaker, Cris Kuntadi, menegaskan pemerintah pusat siap mendukung penuh langkah Garut. Menurutnya, tantangan terbesar saat ini adalah kesenjangan antara ketersediaan tenaga kerja dan kebutuhan industri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBanyak orang yang membutuhkan pekerjaan, dan ada perusahaan yang juga membutuhkan tenaga kerja. Tapi kadang-kadang <i>unmatch<\/i>. Karena tidak <i>match<\/i> tadi lah maka kita perlu <i>reskilling<\/i> dan <i>upskilling<\/i>,\u201d ujar Cris.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, Kemnaker memiliki Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) yang tersebar luas, termasuk empat balai di Jawa Barat, yang bisa dimanfaatkan warga Garut. Program yang ditawarkan pun beragam, mulai dari pelatihan <i>agroforestri<\/i> untuk memaksimalkan potensi hutan sosial, hingga pelatihan <i>Smart Farming<\/i> dan dukungan kewirausahaan melalui Koperasi Merah Putih.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalau sekadar program hutan sosial tetapi tidak sampai kepada peningkatan kapasitas, peningkatan kesejahteraan para petaninya, percuma. Bahkan sampai sertifikasi pun juga kami bantu,\u201d kata Cris.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKehadiran Bupati Garut ke Kemenaker adalah sesuatu yang sangat berarti buat kami, karena tujuan kita sama: bagaimana mengentaskan kemiskinan di Indonesia dan memastikan setiap warga negara berhak atas pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak,\u201d imbuhnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Bupati Garut Abdusy Syakur Amin menyambut baik tawaran program dari Kemnaker. Ia menilai kolaborasi ini menjadi peluang besar bagi masyarakat Garut untuk meningkatkan daya saing di dunia kerja.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlhamdulillah, kita berbicara tentang strategi pengembangan, terutama untuk penyerapan tenaga kerja. Dengan begini ada komunikasi dan koordinasi, sehingga kita bisa mencari peluang-peluang dan program yang ada di Kemnaker. Kita sinkronkan dengan kebutuhan kita di Garut,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kunjungan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal kolaborasi konkret antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Garut dan Kemnaker RI, guna
