Lomba yang digelar Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Garut bersama PT Pos Indonesia ini menjadi bagian perayaan HUT ke-80 Kemerdekaan RI.<\/p>\n<p>Momen paling menyentuh datang saat Jovan Adi M, siswa SDN 1 Pakuwon, membacakan surat kemenangannya di hadapan ratusan peserta apel. Surat polos nan jujur dari bangku sekolah dasar itu menyuarakan keresahan anak-anak Garut tentang fasilitas pendidikan yang belum merata.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni proses pembelajaran demokrasi sejak dini. Anak-anak kita belajar menyampaikan aspirasi lewat tulisan. Dan masukan itu akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan serius dalam kebijakan pemerintah,\u201d ujar Bupati Syakur.<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengakui sebagian besar surat berisi persoalan nyata, mulai dari kondisi sekolah, keterbatasan sarana, hingga harapan untuk perbaikan mutu guru. Syakur berjanji pemerintah daerah akan menindaklanjuti, termasuk lewat alokasi anggaran untuk rehabilitasi sekolah dan uji kompetensi bahasa bagi tenaga pendidik.<\/p>\n<p>Selain Jovan, sejumlah nama lain ikut mengukir prestasi. Berikut daftar lengkap para juara:<\/p>\n<p><b>Kategori SMA\/ Sederajat<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Juara I: Andara Andromeda (SMAN 3 Garut)<\/p>\n<p>Juara II: Alidia Silyani Putri (SMAN 10 Garut)<\/p>\n<p>Juara II: Wafa Nurafifah (MAN 3 Garut)<\/p>\n<p><b>Kategori SMP\/ Sederajat<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Juara I: Mochamad Salman (SMPN 3 Garut)<\/p>\n<p>Juara II: Alia Asharanti (SMPN 2 Garut)<\/p>\n<p>Juara III: Naima Saniyyah (SMPN 2 Garut)<\/p>\n<p><b>Kategori SD\/ Sederajat<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Juara I: Jovan Adi M (SDN 1 Pakuwon)<\/p>\n<p>Juara II: Elvira Shelomita K (SDN Mulyasari 2)<\/p>\n<p>Juara III: Nasyila Zenita (SDN 1 Pakenjeng)<\/p>\n<p>Bupati Syakur menegaskan komitmennya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, mulai dari pendidikan, kesehatan, hingga efisiensi birokrasi lewat digitalisasi aplikasi SRIKANDI.<\/p>\n<p>Namun pagi itu, panggung utama tetap dimiliki anak-anak Garut.
