Meski tahapan teknis terus berjalan, hingga kini penetapan lokasi (penlok) di sejumlah kecamatan masih belum menemui titik terang.<\/p>\n<p>Muhamad Rahman, yang belum lama ini menyerahkan tongkat estafet kepemimpinan Kantor ATR\/BPN Garut kepada pejabat baru, mengungkapkan bahwa proses penlok untuk jalur yang melintasi Kecamatan Banyuresmi, Garut Kota, hingga Cilawu belum final.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBelum ada penloknya, masih tahap perencanaan saja. Kami di BPN sifatnya hanya sebagai pelaksana, menunggu instruksi dari pihak yang memiliki kewenangan menetapkan lokasi,\u201d ujar Rahman di Gedung Pendopo Garut, Selasa (24\/6\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menjelaskan bahwa sebagian proses administrasi telah dituntaskan, namun pembayaran ganti rugi lahan masih dalam tahap bertahap. Beberapa berkas kini sedang diajukan ke Lembaga Manajemen Aset Negara (LMAN) untuk pencairan, sementara lainnya masih dalam tahap validasi.<\/p>\n<p>Rahman juga menitipkan pesan penting bagi masyarakat pemilik lahan terdampak, agar proaktif dalam melengkapi dokumen yang dibutuhkan guna mempercepat proses pembebasan lahan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKelengkapan berkas itu sangat krusial. Kalau masih ada yang kurang, tentu akan menghambat proses selanjutnya. Harapannya masyarakat bisa lebih teliti dan siap,\u201d pesannya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Eko Suharno, Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Garut yang baru dilantik, langsung tancap gas di hari pertamanya. Ia menemui Bupati Garut, Abdusy Syakur Amin, untuk memperkenalkan diri dan membahas berbagai program prioritas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSebagai pimpinan baru di pertanahan Garut, sudah sewajarnya kami menjalin sinergi dengan kepala daerah. Ini menjadi langkah awal membangun kolaborasi ke depan,\u201d kata Eko.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan bahwa pihaknya akan segera berkoordinasi baik secara internal maupun eksternal untuk menuntaskan sejumlah agenda, seperti program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL), pengurusan aset tanah wakaf, Barang Milik Daerah (BMD), serta progres pengadaan lahan untuk tol Getaci.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami siap mendukung seluruh agenda strategis pertanahan yang telah dirancang, termasuk pengadaan tanah untuk proyek tol. Ini adalah proyek penting yang harus terus kita kawal,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan berbagai hambatan yang masih ada, kelanjutan proyek Tol Getaci di Kabupaten Garut kini bergantung pada sinergi antarinstansi dan kesiapan masyarakat dalam mendukung kelengkapan administrasi. Pemerintah daerah pun berharap, proses ini bisa segera bergerak ke tahap berikutnya demi mendongkrak konektivitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi kawasan.
