GOSIPGARUT.ID<\/span> <\/strong>– KAI Properti merampungkan pembangunan kantor baru untuk Depo Lokomotif Semarang Poncol, wilayah Daerah Operasi (Daop) 4 Semarang beberapa bulan lalu. Fasilitas ini diharapkan dapat menunjang kegiatan teknis-operasional serta meningkatkan kenyamanan kerja para pegawai di lingkungan depo.<\/p>\n

Kantor baru yang berdiri di atas lahan seluas 1.100 meter persegi itu didesain dengan pendekatan modern dan humanis. Tidak hanya memperhatikan aspek fungsional, bangunan ini juga dirancang untuk menciptakan suasana kerja yang lebih representatif dan mendukung produktivitas.<\/p>\n

Plt Sekretaris Perusahaan KAI Properti, Ramdhani Subagja, mengatakan bahwa pembangunan kantor ini merupakan bentuk dukungan terhadap induk perusahaan dalam menyediakan fasilitas kerja sesuai dengan standar keselamatan dan kenyamanan.<\/p>\n

\u201cRuang kerja ini tidak hanya memenuhi fungsi operasional, tetapi juga diharapkan mampu membangkitkan semangat profesionalisme dan kebanggaan para pegawai,\u201d ujar Bagja, Kamis (12\/6\/2025).<\/p>\n

Pembangunan dilakukan dalam waktu yang terukur dan mengikuti standar mutu konstruksi yang ditetapkan oleh KAI Properti. Selama proses pengerjaan, aspek keselamatan kerja menjadi prioritas utama.<\/p>\n

Kantor Depo Lokomotif Semarang Poncol kini menjadi bagian penting dari ekosistem kerja teknisi dan manajemen pemeliharaan lokomotif di wilayah tersebut. KAI Properti menegaskan perannya sebagai mitra strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan infrastruktur perkeretaapian nasional, tak hanya di sektor komersial, tetapi juga dalam mendukung layanan teknis yang menjadi tulang punggung operasional kereta api.<\/p>\n
