Kantor ini dibangun untuk menunjang kinerja teknisi dan staf operasional di lingkungan Depo Lokomotif Semarang Poncol, wilayah Daop 4 Semarang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Berbeda dari bangunan sebelumnya, kantor baru yang di bangun di atas lahan KAI seluas 1.100 meter persegi ini didesain dengan konsep modern, fungsional, dan humanis\u2014menghadirkan suasana kerja yang lebih representatif dan mendukung produktivitas. Fasilitas ini menjadi bagian penting dari ekosistem kerja para teknisi dan manajemen pemeliharaan lokomotif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Plt Sekretaris Perusahaan KAI Properti, Ramdhani Subagja, menyatakan bahwa pembangunan kantor ini merupakan bentuk dukungan terhadap KAI sebagai induk perusahaan, terutama dalam hal penyediaan fasilitas kerja yang layak dan selaras dengan standar keselamatan serta kenyamanan kerja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cKAI Properti membangun kantor ini dengan semangat menghadirkan ruang kerja yang tidak hanya layak fungsi, tetapi juga membangkitkan semangat profesionalisme dan kebanggaan pegawai,\u201d ujar Bagja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pembangunan kantor ini berlangsung dalam waktu
