Gejala yang sering muncul, antara lain, mata lelah dan kering, sakit kepala yang berkelanjutan serta sulit berkonsentrasi. Rasa kewalahan dengan notifikasi yang terus masuk juga dapat menimbulkan rasa cemas, hingga kesulitan beristirahat dan tidur di malam hari.<\/p>\n<p>Jika dibiarkan,\u00a0<i>digital fatigue<\/i>\u00a0bisa berdampak serius pada kesehatan dan produktivitas. Beberapa risiko yang mungkin timbul:<\/p>\n<p>1. Kesehatan mental bisa terganggu akibat terlalu banyak informasi digital yang membuat otak kita kewalahan memprosesnya, yang kemudian memicu stres dan kecemasan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Produktivitas kerja menurun karena saat mengalami kelelahan digital, kemampuan kita untuk fokus dan mengambil keputusan menjadi berkurang.<\/p>\n<p>3. Kesehatan fisik terganggu akibat terlalu lama berinteraksi dengan perangkat digital yang menyebabkan gangguan tidur, nyeri otot, dan masalah penglihatan.<\/p>\n<p>Lalu bagaimana cara untuk #KurangiRisiko\u00a0<i>digital fatigue<\/i>?<\/p>\n<p>Ada beberapa langkah praktis yang bisa diterapkan untuk menguranginya:<\/p>\n<p>1. Terapkan aturan \u201c20-20-20\u201d yaitu untuk setiap 20 menit bekerja di depan layar, luangkan waktu 20 detik untuk melihat objek yang berjarak 20 meter. Cara ini efektif untuk mengurangi ketegangan mata.<\/p>\n<p>2. Atur jadwal Digital Detox dengan menetapkan waktu khusus tanpa gadget setiap harinya. Misalnya, dengan tidak menggunakan ponsel, tablet atau laptop saat sedang makan dan satu jam sebelum tidur.<\/p>\n<p>3. Optimalkan lingkungan kerja dengan memastikan pencahayaan ruangan cukup dan posisi layar sejajar dengan mata, serta dengan menggunakan filter cahaya biru pada perangkat digital yang digunakan.<\/p>\n<p>4.
