Pelantikan berlangsung di Ruang Pamengkang, Pendopo Garut, Selasa (14\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Barnas menyampaikan bahwa proses seleksi Dewas BPR Garut telah melalui tahapan yang panjang dan sesuai aturan yang berlaku. Ia menegaskan bahwa para Dewas yang dilantik merupakan figur terbaik yang diharapkan mampu melaksanakan tugas secara profesional dan bertanggung jawab.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Segala tugas harus dilaksanakan dengan baik, profesional, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Barnas juga menyoroti peran strategis BPR Garut sebagai badan usaha milik daerah yang bergerak di sektor bisnis. Ia berharap Dewas dapat mendukung pelaksanaan kebijakan dan strategi BPR, sekaligus memberikan masukan untuk memperkuat roda organisasi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Direksi dan pengawas adalah sesuatu yang tidak bisa dipisahkan seperti dua belah mata uang. Artinya bahwa uang tersebut harus mencapai tujuan. Apa tujuannya? Yaitu bagaimana menjalankan BPR ini menjadi lebih baik,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Barnas pun menekankan pentingnya sinergi dalam program kerja agar BPR Garut dapat menghadapi berbagai tantangan organisasi dengan baik. &#8220;Apakah organisasi ini akan berjalan atau tidak, orang-orang yang mengisi organisasi itu apakah punya kapabilitas yang diharapkan oleh BPR,&#8221; tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut Daftar Dewas BPR Garut yang telah dilantik :<br \/>\n1.
