Menurut dia, pelaku seni budaya adalah pengawal kebudayaan itu sendiri. <\/p>\n<p>Luna menilai, ajang Pasanggiri Longser dapat menjadi wadah untuk memperkuat kerja sama antara pemerintah dan para seniman, serta sebagai bentuk penghargaan kepada insan budaya yang telah berkontribusi dalam pelestarian kebudayaan di Garut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pasanggiri Longser ini merupakan bentuk atau implementasi dari pelestarian dan perlindungan kebudayaan, juga merupakan pengembangan dan pemanfaatan kebudayaan dengan empat aspek ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Garut ingin pemajuan kebudayaan dilakukan secara terpadu,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Luna juga berharap, melalui kegiatan ini koordinasi dan kolaborasi antara Pemkab Garut dan seniman budaya dapat lebih solid lagi. Selain itu, Pasanggiri Longser ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam hal pelestarian budaya khususnya budaya Sunda.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Harapan kami, di masa mendatang kegiatan ini dapat menjadi event unggulan Kabupaten, bahkan penyelenggaraannya dapat ditingkatkan menjadi sampai ke tingkat Jawa Barat,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Pelaksana acara, Deni Pahru, menjelaskan bahwa Longser merupakan kekayaan budaya masyarakat Sunda yang mulai diperkenalkan sekitar tahun 1950-1960an. <\/p>\n<p>Seni Longser, menurutnya, lahir dari kreativitas nenek moyang Sunda dalam menciptakan hiburan bagi masyarakat. Namun, Deni menyoroti bahwa saat ini Longser mulai dilupakan, sehingga pihaknya terdorong untuk menghidupkan kembali seni ini melalui Pasanggiri Longser.<\/p>\n<p>Deni mengungkapkan, saat ini seni longser seakan mati dan tidak lagi dikenal oleh masyarakat. Maka dari itu, pihaknya tergerak untuk menyelenggarakan Pasanggiri Longser Garut 2024. Ia mengapresiasi Apdesi Kabupaten Garut yang memiliki konsen terhadap kesenian dan kebudayaan di Garut sehingga pihaknya dapat bekerja sama.<\/p>\n<p>Deni berharap Pasanggiri Longser ini dapat membangkitkan minat masyarakat untuk mengapresiasi seni Longser, serta mendorong pegiat seni untuk terus berkarya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Maka dengan kekayaan intelektual mereka pada saat itu, dibuatlah pertunjukan kesenian yang sekarang dinamakan Longser, itu merupakan hasil dari kekayaan intelektual <i>karuhun-karuhun<\/i> kita,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Acara ini diikuti oleh beberapa komunitas seni dari berbagai kecamatan, baik dari kalangan pelajar maupun masyarakat umum. Setiap grup diberi waktu 30-45 menit untuk menampilkan pertunjukan yang mengangkat cerita-cerita lokal Garut, seperti Dalem Boncel, Prabu Kian Santang, dan Sasakala Situ Bagendit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Semua peserta harus menampilkan pentas secara utuh dan menarik dari cerita yang ada di sekitar seputar Garut,&#8221;
