GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b> <\/span> Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) melantik 3.135 orang panitia pemilihan kecamatan (PPK) tersebar di 627 kecamatan pada 27 kabupaten dan kota Provinsi Jawa Barat(Jabar), Kamis (16\/5\/2024).<\/p>\n

Kadiv SDM dan Litbang KPU Jabar Abdullah Sapi\u2019i mengatakan pelantikan PPK ini merupakan langkah awal penting dalam persiapan penyelenggaraan Pilkada 2024 yang terdiri dari pemilihan gubernur dan wakil gubernur, bupati dan wakil bupati juga wali kota dan wakil wali kota di Jawa Barat.<\/p>\n

“Keberadaan mereka diharapkan bisa berkontribusi besar dalam suksesnya pelaksanaan tahapan pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) serentak 2024,” kata Abdullah, dalam keterangan, Kamis (16\/5\/2024).<\/p>\n

Dalam pelaksanaannya, ujar dia, KPU Jabar berpedoman pada SK KPU 476 tahun 2024 yang mengamanatkan KPU kabupaten dan kota untuk melaksanakan seleksi terbuka badan ad hoc dengan tahapan pendaftaran, tes tertulis dengan metode CAT dan wawancara.<\/p>\n

Total pendaftar di seluruh wilayah KPU Jabar, mencapai 18.045 orang, yang lolos penelitian administrasi sebanyak 12.259 orang dari total kebutuhan anggota PPK sebanyak 3.135 orang.<\/p>\n

“Para anggota PPK yang dilantik telah melewati proses seleksi yang ketat dan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan,” kata Abdullah.<\/p>\n

Para anggota PPK yang baru dilantik, diharapkan dapat menjalankan tugas mereka penuh dedikasi, profesionalisme dan imparsial, demi lancar dan suksesnya Pilkada Jabar pada tingkat kecamatan, agar bisa memberikan kontribusi positif bagi perkembangan inisiasi budaya demokrasi di Jabar. <\/p>\n

Dijelaskan olehnya, masa kerja PPK untuk pemilihan kepala daerah 2024 ini selama delapan bulan akan membantu KPU kabupaten\/kota untuk melaksanakan tahapan pemilihan kepala daerah serentak.<\/p>\n

“Jangan lupa penting bagi PPK untuk menjaga integritas dan transparansi selama proses pelaksanaan tahapan Pilkada ini. Yang tak kalah penting lagi adalah bersinergi dengan berbagai para pihak untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan Pilkada,” ucap Abdullah.<\/p>\n

Abdullah Sapi\u2019i pun, memberikan apresiasi atas komitmen para anggota KPU kabupaten\/kota yang telah bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka selama proses rekrutmen badan ad hoc ini dengan sebaik-baiknya demi kepentingan demokrasi dan masyarakat Jabar secara keseluruhan.
