Tri Juli Edi Tarigan, SpPD-KEMD, mengatakan penderita diabetes perlu membuat jadwal rutin makan malam untuk mencegah gangguan tidur.<\/p>\n<p>Tri Juli saat diskusi daring pada Sabtu (20\/1\/2024) mengatakan pasien diabetes perlu makan malam pada jadwal yang konsisten.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Misalkan pukul 7 malam itu sudah ditentukan jadi jam makan malam, ya sudah pukul 7 terus makan malamnya. Sesibuk apapun, makan malamnya tetap pukul 7 datang ke meja makan karena, kan, sedang minum obat,&#8221; kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan jadwal yang konsisten baik dalam makan maupun minum obat sebagai terapi, penderita diabetes dapat mengontrol gula darahnya agar stabil. Dengan mengontrol gula darah menjadi stabil maka pasien dapat mengeliminasi gangguan tidur yang biasanya terjadi pada penderita diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>Tri Juli mengatakan gangguan tidur pada penderita diabetes umumnya terjadi karena kadar gula darah yang terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah.<\/p>\n<p>Pada penderita diabetes dengan gula darah yang terlalu tinggi, biasanya gangguan tidur dialami karena
