GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b><\/span> Bupati Rudy Gunawan melakukan peninjauan terhadap beberapa ruas jalan di wilayah Garut bagian selatan, sebagai bagian dari program perbaikan infrastruktur, Sabtu (12\/08\/2023). Hal itu dilakukan Bupati dalam merespon keluhan masyarakat mengenai proyek-proyek tersebut.<\/p>\n

Bupati menyatakan bahwa pemerintah daerah telah mengalokasikan anggaran yang substansial dari Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan bantuan keuangan provinsi untuk perbaikan 17 ruas jalan di wilayah Garut Selatan.<\/p>\n

Ia menegaskan komitmennya untuk memastikan monitoring berkelanjutan terhadap pengerjaan jalan, terutama di wilayah bagian selatan. Bupati juga memaparkan hasil dari probity audit<\/i> oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Garut terkait dengan pekerjaan proyek jalan itu.<\/p>\n

“Tentu saya ingin ada percepatan-percepatan ya, masyarakat juga ingin cepat mendapatkan kualitas pelayanan publik yang baik. Jadi jalan ini sudah dibangun pada waktu zaman saya di 2015 sekarang kan sudah jelek, minta dilebarkan jalan yang menuju ke ibu kota Cihurip, dan kita masih ada 3 kilometer lagi nanti dari Cisangkal kita mau menuju ke Jatisari,” ucap Rudy.<\/p>\n

Ia menjelaskan bahwa dirinya akan mengunjungi rute sepanjang hampir 24 kilometer untuk melakukan pengecekan, mulai dari Jatisari Kecamatan Cisompet, lalu ke Kecamatan Peundeuy, dan ke Sagara di Kecamatan Cibalong.<\/p>\n

“Untuk menyiapkan perbaikan infrastruktur ya sekitar Rp170 miliar sekarang ini dari DAU ya,” ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Bupati Garut juga mengungkapkan kekecewaannya terhadap kinerja konsultan perencanaan yang tidak memasukkan unsur wiremash<\/i> (baja tulangan) pada beberapa jalan dengan beban berat. Ia menegaskan bahwa ini adalah kesalahan perencanaan dari PUPR yang harus diperbaiki di masa depan.<\/p>\n

“Ini adalah kesalahan perencanaan dari PUPR, kita perbaiki lah ke depan. Ini bukan kesalahan pemborong kalau memang di dalam speknya tidak ada. Ini kesalahan dari perencana,” tuturnya.<\/p>\n

Bupati ingin memastikan bahwa pembangunan jalan ini tidak hanya cepat, tetapi juga berkualitas sehingga tidak mudah rusak<\/p>\n

Ia menekankan pentingnya kerja sama yang baik antara pihak-pihak terlibat dalam proyek itu, termasuk pemerintah daerah, kontraktor, dan konsultan perencanaan. Dengan tujuan akhir agar masyarakat dapat menikmati jalan yang baik dan tahan lama.<\/p>\n

Rudy ingin memastikan bahwa pemborong tidak hanya fokus pada penawaran harga terendah, tetapi juga pada kualitas. Untuk itu peran ULP-ULP di Garut dipromosikan dalam jabatan di kecamatan agar dapat lebih terlibat dalam pengawasan dan pelaksanaan proyek di wilayah Garut Selatan.<\/p>\n

“Karena di Garut ini bahwa pemborong itu asal menang saja, mau jumping harganya 10 persen juga (atau) 15 persen juga nggak ada masalah.
