GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b> Wakil Ketua Bidang Energi dan Pertambangan Kamar Dagang dan Industri (Kadin) Kabupaten Garut, Hasanuddin, menegaskan bahwa pernyataan Bupati Rudy Gunawan tentang penyebab banjir di jalan raya kawasan Leles karena adanya kerusakan lingkungan, merupakan pernyataan yang bersifat spekulatif.<\/p>\n

Sebab, kata dia, sampai saat ini Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Garut belum melakukan penelitian dan pengkajian faktor penyebab banjir — seperti study hydrogeologi misalnya, di jalan provinsi kawasan Leles setiap kali hujan turun itu.<\/p>\n

“Pak Bupati sebaiknya tidak tergesa-gesa menyimpulkan sebelum dilakukan penelitian dan kajian dari para ahli. Pak Bupati tidak bisa membuat pernyataan yang sifatnya hipotesis atau praduga, sebab ada implikasi sosiologis dan yuridis dari pernyataannya terkait banjir tersebut,” kata Hasanuddin, Jumat (22\/2\/2019).<\/p>\n

Ia menandaskan, pernyataan bupati yang menyebabkan banjir akibat kerusakan lingkungan berimplikasi hukum terhadap pihak yang menyebabkan kerusakan. Juga, ketika bupati mengatakan bukanlah disebabkan atau kecil faktornya dari pendirian industri di kawasan itu.<\/p>\n

“Pernyataan itu dasarnya apa? Pejabat publik tidak boleh menyimpulkan sesuatu berdasarkan spekulasi dan praduga semata,” tegas Hasanuddin.<\/p>\n

Menurut dia, pernyataan Bupati Rudy Gunawan bertendensi menutupi ekses dari pendirian pabrik dan alokasi anggaran yang selama ini tidak tepat terhadap infrastruktur di Leles dan sekitarnya.<\/p>\n

“Pemkab Garut harus meminta secara resmi tim ahli untuk meneliti dan mengkaji faktor penyebab banjir Leles. Karena, dengan hasil kajian ilmiah penyebab dan solusi dapat dilakukan secara akurat dan tepat,” ujar Hasanuddin. (Gun\/Fj)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
