{"id":2856,"date":"2019-02-19T02:19:30","date_gmt":"2019-02-18T19:19:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/?p=2856"},"modified":"2019-02-19T02:19:30","modified_gmt":"2019-02-18T19:19:30","slug":"sejumlah-smp-di-pelosok-garut-kesulitan-selenggarakan-unbk-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/2019-2856\/sejumlah-smp-di-pelosok-garut-kesulitan-selenggarakan-unbk-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Sejumlah SMP di Pelosok Garut Kesulitan Selenggarakan UNBK 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;<\/b> Sejumlah Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di pelosok Kabupaten Garut kesulitan untuk menyelenggarakan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK) 2019 karena terkendala ketersediaan perangkat komputer dan jaringan internet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Masih minimnya sarana dan prasarana, ini menjadi kendala tersendiri,&#8221; kata Ketua Musyawarah Kerja Kepala Sekolah (MKKS) SMP Kabupaten Garut, Yusup Satria Gautama, kepada wartawan, Senin (18\/2\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menuturkan, secara nasional termasuk Kabupaten Garut sudah diberlakukan sistem UNBK, tidak lagi secara konvensional atau kertas dalam pelaksanaan ujiannya. Kebijakan itu, lanjut Yusup, mengharuskan setiap sekolah untuk menyediakan perangkat komputer, termasuk jaringan internetnya dalam menunjang sistem UNBK tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kondisi yang ada dirasa masih belum memungkinkan seluruh SMP melaksanakan UNBK,&#8221; kata dia seraya menjelaskan, sekolah di Garut mendukung diberlakukannya sistem ujian nasional dari kertas tulis ke UNBK, namun kendalanya terkait pengadaan komputer, terutama sekolah yang berada di pedesaan.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Yusup, sekolah membutuhkan biaya besar untuk pengadaan perangkat komputer, sementara memungut biaya dari siswa tidak boleh dilakukan sekolah. Ia menambahkan, persoalan lain yang dihadapi sekolah yakni tentang tidak adanya kurikulum komputer di sekolah, padahal kurikulum tersebut dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi UNBK.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu Yusup berharap, ada aturan yang dapat menunjang segala pelaksanaan UNBK di setiap sekolah di Garut termasuk sekolah yang berada di pelosok. &#8220;Jika UNBK menjadi pilihan, maka harus ada sistem yang mengatur untuk upaya pemenuhan perangkat komputer,&#8221;
