GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b> <\/span>Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Nurdin Yana mengatakan, dari 42 kecamatan di Kabupaten Garut, sebanyak 22 memiliki tingkat potensi menengah terjadinya bencana banjir selama Februari 2023.<\/p>\n

Ke-22 kecamatan itu yakni Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Bayongbong, Caringin, Cibalong, Cibatu, Cikajang, Cikelet, Cilawu, Cisompet, Cisurupan, Garut Kota, Karangpawitan, Karangtengah, Malangbong, Pakenjeng, Pameungpeuk, Pasirwangi, Samarang, Selaawi, Singajaya, Sukaresmi, dan Sukawening.<\/p>\n

Untuk itu, dia menyebutkan Pemkab Garut pun mengeluarkan imbauan peringatan dini dan langkah-langkah kesiapsiagaan menghadapi potensi ancaman bencana banjir dan tanah longsor selama Februari 2023 tersebut.<\/p>\n

Imbauan dituangkan melalui surat bernomor BC.03.01\/570\/BPBD tanggal 9 Februari 2023 ditandatangani Sekretaris Daerah Garut Nurdin Yana, sebagaimana dirilis Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Garut, Selasa 14 Feruari 2023.<\/p>\n

Dalam surat merupakan tindak lanjut Surat Kepala Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 0340\/PB.01.03.02\/PK tanggal 8 Februari 2023 perihal yang sama itu disebutkan, prakiraan daerah potensi bencana banjir selama Februari 2023 sendiri dikeluarkan Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum (KemenPUPR) dan Perumahan Rakyat dan Badan Informasi Geospasial (BID).<\/p>\n

Atas kondisi tersebut diperlukan upaya pencegahan dan kesiapsiagaan guna meminimalisir dampak ancaman banjir dan gerakan tanah (longsor) yang meungkin timbul.<\/p>\n

Karenanya, dalam suratnya, Nurdin Yana menghimbau para camat agar tetap waspada dan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan menghadapi potensi ancaman banjir dan tanah longsor di wilayah Garut.<\/p>\n

Ia mengharapkan para camat melakukan sebelas langkah antisipatif. Antara lain melakukan monitoring untuk mendapatkan update<\/i> informasi peringatan dini cuaca dan potensi ancaman bencana melalui website BMKG ataupun yang lainnya.<\/p>\n

Lalu, menyiapkan tempat evakuasi akhir\/hunian sementara apabila terjadi bencana mengakibatkan adanya pengungsi sesuai protokol kesehatan Covid-19, serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan ketersediaan sumber daya (sumber daya manusia, peralatan, logistik, dan sebagainya) yang ada di wilayah kecamatan masing-masing dalam rangka kesiapsiagaan.<\/p>\n
