GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b><\/span> Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) dan Polres Garut berkolaborasi membangun rumah milik Undang (43) yang dirobohkan oleh rentenir, serta dua rumah warga lainnya yang terdampak kebakaran di Kampung Haurseah, Desa Cipicung, Kecamatan Banyuresmi, Kabupaten Garut.<\/p>\n

Peletakan batu pertama pembangunan ketiga rumah itu dilakukan Wakil Bupati Helmi Budiman bersama Kepala Kepolisian Resor (Kapolres) Garut, AKBP Wirdhanto Hadicaksono, Kamis (22\/9\/2022).<\/p>\n

“Ini kerja sama antara pemerintah daerah, kita kumpul-kumpul lah gitu ya, kemudian dari Polres juga demikian. Alhamdulillah kita bertekad menyelesaikan tiga rumah warga, hari ini ya peletakan batu pertamanya dilakukan,” ujar Helmi didampingi Kapolres Garut.<\/p>\n

Dengan kejadian yang menimpa Undang, Wabup Garut mengimbau agar masyarakat tidak tergiur dengan proses cepat yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga peminjaman tidak resmi seperti rentenir.<\/p>\n

“Jadi proses yang cepat itu belum tentu benar atau dia bisa menyelesaikan masalah dengan sebaik-baiknya. Justru menciptakan atau memberikan solusi dengan permasalahan yang baru. Nah, oleh karena itu jangan sekali lagi terjerat dengan upaya-upaya seperti itu,” imbaunya.<\/p>\n

Helmi mengungkapkan jika proses peminjaman yang ditawarkan oleh perbankan memang sedikit lebih lama, karena melalui beberapa proses yang harus dilalui.<\/p>\n

“Iya kan sebenarnya (bisa ke) BPR, ini kan masyarakat kebanyakan ingin cepat tapi ini kan nggak bisa, karena harus ada proses yang harus dilalui. Ke bank bisa, ke (kredit) mesra bisa, nanti mungkin Bu Camat bisa nanti BJB sosialisasi. Kredit mesra ini daya serap di Garut tidak tinggi, masih rendah serapannya,” ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Kapolres Garut, AKBP Wirdhanto Hadicaksono, menuturkan bahwa proses hukum dari tindak pidana pengrusakan dan penggelapan hak atas tanah sudah diproses oleh pihaknya, dan bantuan pembangunan rumah ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian dari Polres Garut beserta Pemkab Garut.<\/p>\n

“Saat ini adalah bentuk kepedulian dari Polres Garut dan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Garut, untuk bisa membangunkan kembali rumah bagi Bapak Undang dan sejumlah warga yang (mengalami) kemalangan beberapa waktu yang lalu di titik ini,” tuturnya.<\/p>\n

Senada dengan Wabup Garut, Kapolres Garut mengimbau masyarakat agar tidak mudah terjerat oleh iming-iming dari jasa peminjam uang seperti rentenir, karena biasanya pihak tersebut memberlakukan bunga yang cukup tinggi.<\/p>\n

“Saya berharap ini menjadi sosialisasi bagi seluruh warga khususnya di Kabupaten Garut, untuk bisa menempuh jalur-jalur peminjaman uang yang tentunya lebih legal, yang kedua tentunya tidak memberatkan masyarakat,” katanya. (Yan AS)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
