{"id":26456,"date":"2022-09-02T04:57:05","date_gmt":"2022-09-01T21:57:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/?p=26456"},"modified":"2022-09-02T04:57:05","modified_gmt":"2022-09-01T21:57:05","slug":"pendiri-pisp-minta-pemkab-garut-hati-hati-dalam-menentukan-pengelolaan-situ-bagendit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/2022-26456\/pendiri-pisp-minta-pemkab-garut-hati-hati-dalam-menentukan-pengelolaan-situ-bagendit.html","title":{"rendered":"Pendiri PISP Minta Pemkab Garut Hati-hati dalam Menentukan Pengelolaan Situ Bagendit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;<\/b><\/span> Pendiri Pusat Informasi dan Studi Pembangunan (PISP), Hasanuddin, agar Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Garut harus hati-hati dalam menentukan pengelolaan kawasan wisata Situ Bagendit.<\/p>\n<p>Kehati-hatian ini bertujuan untuk menghindari pengelolaan yang berpotensi merugikan negara dan masyarakat sekitar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Situ Bagendit adalah aset negara, karena pemerintah telah mengeluarkan pembiayaan pembangunan Situ Bagendit puluhan miliar rupiah bahkan hampir mencapai Rp100 miliar,&#8221; kata Hasanuddin, Jumat (2\/9\/2022).<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, lanjut pendiri LBH Padjajaran ini, masyarakat sekitar dan desa sudah menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari kawasan tersebut, tidak hanya fungsi wisata, tetapi air dan pertanian.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kerjasama pengelolaan dengan pihak swasta, atas alasan dan pertimbangan investasi pengembangan lebih lanjut berpotensi merugikan negara,&#8221; tandas Hasanuddin.<\/p>\n<p>Mengapa? Menurut dia, sebab pemerintah telah mengeluarkan biaya cukup besar pembangunan infrastruktur di sana, dan Situ Bagendit sudah menjadi aset yang benilai besar.<\/p>\n<p>Jadi, kata Hasanuddin, kerjasama ini tentu menguntungkan swasta, dan merugikan daerah. Terkecuali jika pemerintah sama sekali belum mengeluarkan pembiayaan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami meminta Bupati dan DPRD harus cermat dan hati-hati dalam menentukan mekanisme, prosedur, dan bentuk kerjasamanya,&#8221;
