Tiga kecamatan tersebut adalah Garut Kota, Tarogong Kidul, dan Banjarwangi.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Perlindungan Sosial Korban Bencana Alam Kemensos RI, Iyan Koesmadiana, mengatakan Lumbung Sosial ini merupakan salah satu program unggulan Kemensos RI, bagaimana untuk mempercepat distribusi logistik ke lapangan pasca bencana terjadi.<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengatakan, pasca bencana lalu pihaknya telah bersinergi dengan Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Garut untuk memberikan bantuan berupa logistik, salah satunya dari gudang Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial (BBPPKS) Bandung.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Juga kami memberikan peralatan-peralatan selter seperti untuk alat-alat kebersihan, kemudian ada juga kita berikan untuk air panas dan sebagainya,&#8221; kata Iyan, Sabtu (13\/8\/2022).<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, menurut dia, pihaknya juga telah memberikan peralatan dapur bagi para penyintas bencana, sesuai yang diusulkan oleh Dinas Sosial. &#8220;Sehingga kalau kami uangkan bantuan Kementerian Sosial pada saat terjadinya bencana darurat kemarin itu sekitar Rp611 juta,&#8221; ujar Iyan.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menuturkan bahwa pihaknya mengapresiasi kebijakan Bupati Rudy Gunawan yang telah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk penyaluran dana bantuan kerohiman bagi warga yang terdampak bencana banjir, sehingga dapat mempercepat pembersihan puing-puing pasca banjir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Syukur Alhamdulillah ini merupakan suatu hal yang positif saya kira bisa dilihat oleh pelaksanaan penanganan bencana lainnya di daerah Jawa Barat dan sekitarnya,&#8221; tutur Iyan.<\/p>\n<p>Di tempat yang sama, Wakil Ketua Komisi VIII Komisi VIII Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) RI, Ace Hasan Syadzily menyampaikan, Lumbung Sosial ini merupakan sebuah program yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat agar lebih dekat, sehingga jika terjadi bencana maka kebutuhan dasar para penyintas bencana dapat segera terpenuhi dan diantisipasi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nah, maka dengan adanya program Lumbung Sosial yang diberikan oleh Kementerian Sosial, kami Komisi VIII sangat mendorong agar ini bagian dari pengurangan resiko bencana dan kesiapsiagaan kita menghadapi bencana,&#8221; kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Ace menuturkan, sudah hampir semua daerah di peta rawan bencana yang ada di Indonesia diberikan bantuan melalui Lumbung Sosial. Ia menilai, program ini merupakan inovasi yang bagus dari Kemensos RI untuk lebih mendekatkan diri kepada masyarakat, sehingga masyarakat terdampak bencana akan lebih cepat ditangani.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Plh Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Garut, Didit Fajar Putradi, mengatakan sebelumnya Kabupaten Garut juga telah mendapatkan bantuan lumbung sosial di tahun 2021 lalu untuk tiga kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Karangtengah, Sukawening, dan Sukaresmi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Alhamdulillah masih ada masih siap siaga dan bahkan kemarin juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap penanganan banjir yang terjadi tanggal 15 Juli 2022 di Kabupaten Garut,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Didit mengatakan, Kabupaten Garut sendiri memiliki 42 kecamatan, di mana 50 persen lebih wilayahnya merupakan daerah rawan bencana. Kini, pihaknya telah melakukan upaya-upaya penanganan bencana, salah satunya dengan pembangunan jembatan yang sudah terputus akibat terdampak bencana banjir dan longsor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kita juga menggunakan dana BTT (belanja tak terduga) untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan dan terutama dampak akibat bencana,&#8221;
