GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b><\/span> Wakil Bupati Helmi Budiman menyampaikan bahwa Pemkab Garut berencana menjadikan Rumah Sakit (RS) Malangbong sebagai rumah sakit Ponek di Garut bagian utara, yakni merupakan rumah sakit rujukan yang memberikan pelayanan 24 jam untuk kegawatdaruratan ibu dan bayi.<\/p>\n

“Hal ini dimaksudkan guna menekan angka kematian ibu\/angka kematian bayi (AKI\/AKB) di Kabupaten Garut,” kata dia, saat menjadi pembicara di acara Lokakarya Kepemimpinan Masa Depan Indonesia Dalam Perencaan dan Penganggaran Terintegrasi (PPT) Kesehatan Reproduksi (Kespro), yang dilaksanan secara daring dan luring di Aula Bappeda Kabupaten Garut, Rabu (6\/4\/2022).<\/p>\n

Meskipun begitu, Helmi menyatalan, hal tersebut bisa dilakukan tergantung kepada kesiapan dari dokter spesialis yang ada di RS Malangbong. Apalagi, rumah sakit ini baru diresmikan beberapa bulan yang lalu.<\/p>\n

“Karena kita kan baru saja menjalankan Rumah Sakit Malangbong ini, nanti tergantung kepada kesiapan dari dokter spesialisnya. Kita nanti ke Unpad mencoba cari dokter spesialis obgyn yang bisa standby di RS Malangbong,” ujar Wabup.<\/p>\n

Ia juga mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya memiliki kebutuhan atau tugas untuk menyediakan rumah sakit yang nyaman bagi masyarakat.<\/p>\n

“Ada jaminan dibayar gratis, kemudian ada jaminan ditolong dengan tenaga (kesehatan) yang ramah dan nyaman gitu ya. Karena ada di sebagian masyarakat juga yang menginginkan di situ tidak boleh ada laki-laki kan, yang malu gitu. Ini juga kita siapkan,” ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya, Bupati Rudy Gunawan juga memaparkan bahwa pihaknya serius untuk menekan AKI\/AKB di Kabupaten Garut. Salah satunya yaitu melalui program yang digagas oleh DPPKBPPPA Garut yaitu “Stop Kabur” alias Strategi Optimalisasi Pencegahan Kawin Anak Bawah Umur.<\/p>\n

“Tentunya beragam strategi serta langkah-langkah konkret yang dilakukan oleh Pemkab Garut ini, guna mewujudkan target AKI\/AKB di tahun 2024 agar bisa berada di angka 147.72,” ucap Rudy.<\/p>\n

Rumah sakit ponek sendiri di Garut hanya ada satu, yaitu RSUD dr. Slamet, di mana keberadaanya untuk menyangga rujukan dari 67 puskesmas yang ada di 42 kecamatan\/421desa dan 21 kelurahan, sehingga saat ini perlu ditambah rumah sakit daerah khusus persalinan.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu Kepala Bidang Pemerintahan dan Pembangunan Manusia, Iman Purnama Ridho, menjelaskan, berdasarkan kasus kematian ibu saat persalinan tertinggi ada di RSUD dr Slamet Garut, penyebabnya berkaitan dengan 3 T; terlambat mengambil keputusan, terlambat rujukan, dan terlambat pertolongan.<\/p>\n

“Yang dimaksud beliau (Bupati) adalah Rumah Sakit Ponek, yaitu rumah sakit rujukan persalinan yang dilengkapi sarana prasarana persalinan serta dokter spesialis, dalam hal ini di Garut masih kurang,” jelasnya<\/p>\n

Untuk menurunkan AKI\/AKB di Garut, tambah Iman, nemang perlu RSU Ponek, yaitu di wilayah utara (RSU malangbong), tengah (RSU dr slamet) dan selatan (RSU pameungpeuk) yang statusnya milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat. (Yan AS)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
