GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b><\/span> Dua Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH), yakni LBH Lingkaran Masyarakat Peduli Hukum (Limpah) dan LBH Sapta Murti Kabupaten Garut, meminta Komisi Pemilihan Umum Republik Indonesia (KPURI) menangguhkan SK pemberhentian anggota KPUD Kabupaten Garut, Hilwan Panaqi, karena yang bersangkutan sedang dalam proses pengaduan ke Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP).<\/p>\n

Direktur Eksekutif LBH Limpah Heri Hasan Basri, SH, S.IP, M.Si, dan Ade Sudrajat (LBH Sapta Murti), mengatakan bahwa Hilwan Panaqi, anggota KPU Kabupaten Garut periode 2019 -2024, saat ini sedang dalam proses pengaduan ke DKPP dan sidang rencananya digelar pada Kamis (19\/8\/2021).<\/p>\n

Hilwan Panaqi diadukan oleh Heri Hasan Basri (mantan Ketua Bawaslu Kabupaten Garut) dan Ade Sudrajat (mantan anggota KPU Kabupaten Garut) atas dugaan pemalsuan dokumen saat pendaftaran calon anggota KPU tahun 2013 dan calon anggota KPU tahun 2019.<\/p>\n

Kemudian, keterlibatan di partai politik secara masif masuk di pengurusan partai politik (PKNU) periode 2013-2019 dan kebohongan publik atas manipulasi dalam perolehan hasil pilkada dan manipulasi verifikasi calon Bupati Garut tahun 2013.<\/p>\n

“Kami meminta KPU Pusat, KPU Provinsi Jawa Barat, dan KPUD Kabupaten Garut, menunda SK pemberhentian saudara Hilwan Panaqi karena sedang dalam proses persidangan di DKPP, karena ada rumor yang bersangkutan mengundurkan diri dari anggota KPU Kabupaten Garut,” terang Heri, melalui keterangan tertulis yang diterima GOSIPGARUT.ID<\/b>, Senin (16\/8\/2021).<\/p>\n

Menurutnya, saksi-saksi yang akan dihadirkan dalam persidangan yaitu Aja Rowikarim (mantan Ketua KPU Garut), Abdal (mantan anggota KPU Garut), H. Juju Nujuludin (mantan anggota KPU Garut), Zenal Mutaqin (Ketua PKNU periode 2013-2018), Hendi (mantan Ketua PPK Kecamatan Samarang), dan Soni Sondanu (mantan calon Bupati Garut).<\/p>\n

Hingga berita ini ditulis belum ada tanggapan dari pihak KPU Kabupaten Garut ihwal permintaan kedua LBH tersebut.
