{"id":21148,"date":"2021-08-01T11:27:23","date_gmt":"2021-08-01T04:27:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/?p=21148"},"modified":"2021-08-01T11:27:23","modified_gmt":"2021-08-01T04:27:23","slug":"wabup-helmi-budiman-tidak-benar-ada-pemotongan-dana-insentif-nakes-di-garut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/2021-21148\/wabup-helmi-budiman-tidak-benar-ada-pemotongan-dana-insentif-nakes-di-garut.html","title":{"rendered":"Wabup Helmi Budiman: Tidak Benar Ada Pemotongan Dana Insentif Nakes di Garut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;<\/b><\/span> Wakil Bupati (Wabup) Helmi Budiman memastikan tidak ada pemotongan dana insentif bagi tenaga kesehatan (nakes) seperti yang dituduhkan dan besaran uang sudah diberikan sesuai dengan kemampuan anggaran Pemkab Garut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi, tidak benar ada pemotongan,&#8221; kata dia seraya menuturkan bahwa Helmi telah mengetahui informasi adanya nakes mengeluhkan soal besaran dana insentif yang diberikan pemerintah daerah, bahkan besarannya lebih kecil dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menjelaskan, sebelumnya tahun 2020 anggaran insentif nakes bersumber dari APBN atau pemerintah pusat. Sedangkan saat ini anggarannya diserahkan ke pemerintah daerah dengan besaran disesuaikan dengan kemampuan daerah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk tahun ini dari APBN tidak ada, diserahkan kepada daerah sesuai kemampuan. Makanya daerah kita juga tetap memberikan insentif cuman sesuai dengan kemampuan daerah, tidak sama dengan dana yang diberikan dari APBN,&#8221; ujar Helmi.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menjelaskan, perbedaan dana insentif itu seperti tahun sebelumnya yang bersumber dari APBN untuk dokter spesialis menerima Rp15 juta. Namun saat ini dari pemerintah daerah diberikan Rp8 juta sesuai dengan kemampuan anggaran.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi memang ada perbedaan antara tahun ini dengan tahun kemarin. Kenapa, karena sumbernya berbeda, dan APBD khususnya dengan kemampuan APBD yang ada sekarang,&#8221; kata Helmi.<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun ada perbedaan, ia berharap semua nakes yang bekerja di tempat pelayanan kesehatan pemerintah tetap melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, terutama di tengah pandemi Covid-19 saat ini.<\/p>\n<p>Helmi menyampaikan pandemi Covid-19 belum bisa diprediksi kapan berakhirnya.\u00a0Untuk itu, semua nakes tetap memberikan pelayanan secara maksimal, terutama dalam menangani wabah Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami berharap tenaga kesehatan yang menangani Covid-19 tetap bersemangat, karena wabah ini masih terus, belum terlihat tanda-tanda berakhir. Cuman alhamdulillah ada penurunan sekarang,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, sejumlah nakes di Garut melalui media sosial maupun media massa mempertanyakan besaran dana insentif yang beberapa hari lalu baru diterimanya.
