Tujuannya, untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan penyaluran bansos, serta memudahkan upaya pengawasan dan pengendalian.<\/p>\n<p>Rencana tersebut disambut gembira kelompok penerima manfaat (KPM) bansos di Kabupaten Garut. Salah seorang KPM Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) menyebutkan, penyaluran bansos akan lebih bagus melalui fintech karena keberadaan agen (e-warung) seringkali tidak sesuai pedoman umum (pedum).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau benar penyaluran melalui fintech saya sangat bersyukur karena akan menghilangkan praktik bancakan yang selama ini kerap jadi permasalahan, yaitu komoditas tidak sesuai dan dianjuk, dikolektif hingga pemotongan oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab,&#8221; tutur Idawati, KPM dari Garut Utara.<\/p>\n<p>Lain halnya dengan Dedeh yang mengaku bingung dengan istilah fintech yang direncanakan akan diluncurkan pada 17 Agustus 2021 itu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<i>Ah bujeng-bujeng ngartos naon ari fintech teh. Bansos oge salami ieu osok dijajapkeun ku ketua kelompok<\/i> (Boro-boro mengerti istilah fintech, bansos sembako pun selama ini dikirim oleh ketua kelompok),&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Koordinator BPNT Kabupaten Garut, Wina Winarti, saat dikonfirmasi via pesan <i>WhastApp<\/i>, Selasa (29\/6\/2021) tidak membenarkan dan juga tidak membantah jika penyaluran bansos akan dirubah tidak lagi manual melalui kartu kelompok sejahtera (KKS), tetapi melalui fintech.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami juga sedang menunggu informasi dan arahan dari pusat,&#8221; jawabnya singkat.
