GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b><\/span> Sejumlah agen (e-warung) program bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) di Kecamatan Cibalong, Kabupaten Garut, mengeluhkan adanya intervensi kepala desa dalam menentukan suplayer komoditas BPNT.<\/p>\n

Salah seorang agen yang meminta namanya tidak disebutkan, mengaku dipanggil pihak pemerintah desa, disaksikan Babinkamtibmas agar suplayer BPNT diserahkan kepada mereka.<\/p>\n

“Saya dipanggil oleh pihak desa dan Babinkamtibmas, meminta agar suplayer BPNT diganti oleh suplayer dari pihak mereka dengan alasan selama ini agen tidak pernah berkontribusi memberikan keuntungan BPNT kepada mereka,” ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Menurut pengakuannya, selama proses penyaluran BPNT semua perangkat dari RT\/RW, ketua kelompok, hingga perangkat dilibatkan untuk ikut proses penyaluran dan mendapatkan bagian hasil dari keuntungan BPNT.<\/p>\n

“Keuntungan itu tidak seberapa, jadi saya atur agar semuanya terlibat dan ikut menikmati. Kalau sekarang saya dipinta agar beralih suplayer, saya cukup keberatan karena selama penyaluran kepada KPM tidak pernah bermasalah, komoditas sesuai dan jika ada komplain suplayer bertanggungjawab untuk mengganti komoditas yang rusak,” ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Menurut dia, pihaknya keberatan jika harus diintervensi masalah suplayer oleh pihak pemerintah desa karena yang bertanggung jawab kepada KPM adalah agen.<\/p>\n

“Yang bertanggung jawab terhadap KPM kan saya sebagai agen. Jika komoditas tidak sesuai, KPM pasti komplain ke agen. Saya khawatir terjadi kesulitan komplain dalam meminta ganti barang jika suplayernya dadakan dan belum punya legalitas,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Koordinator BPNT Kabupaten Garut, Wina Winarti, saat dimintai tanggapannya mengatakan, tidak boleh ada pengkondisian dari pihak manapun karena yang berhak menentukan suplayer adalah agen dengan memperhatikan kwalitas dan kwantitas.<\/p>\n
