Dua kampung itu yakni Desa Mandalakasih di Kecamatan Pameungpeuk dan Desa Karyasari di Kecamatan Cibalong.<\/p>\n<p>Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Garut, Nurdin Yana, mengatakan, selama ini masyarakat selalu merasa waswas akan kejadian bencana. Apalagi, di Kabupaten Garut sering terjadi bencana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSejak Oktober sampai hari ini, kita ada 15 kecamatan yang mengalami bencana. Itu membuat ketidaknyamanan bagi masyarakat kita,\u201d kata dia melalui keterangan resmi, Senin (29\/3\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Nurdin, adanya KBS dapat memberi <i>treatment<\/i> bagi masyarakat untuk lebih siap lagi dalam mengahadapi risiko bencana. Selain itu, masyarakat juga dapat melakukan penanggulangan jika terjadi bencana.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pengukuhan dua desa itu menjadi KSB, kata dia, juga dilakukan rangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi, simulasi, dan pelatihan teknis, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan warga masyarakat tentang upaya pengurangan risiko dan penanggulangan bencana.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Selain itu, program penanggulangan bencana dari setiap lembaga juga disinergikan,&#8221; tutur Nurdin.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Barat (Jabar), Dodo Suhendar berharap KSB ini dapat melakukan analisis kemungkinan terjadinya bencana di wilayahnya masing-masing. Selain itu, KSB juga dapat memetakan langkah-langkah yang dapat mengurangi dampak bencana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDi Jabar sendiri sampai saat ini sudah ada 114 KSB, yang tentunya diharapkan mampu melakukan analisis kemungkinan-kemungkinan terjadi bencana, serta mengambil langkah-langkah yang diharapkan bisa meringankan, mengurangi dampak bencana tersebut,\u201d kata dia. <b>(ROL)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;
