{"id":19092,"date":"2021-03-01T13:57:11","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T06:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/?p=19092"},"modified":"2021-03-01T13:57:11","modified_gmt":"2021-03-01T06:57:11","slug":"lbh-padjajaran-dukung-santri-pasundan-laporkan-mafia-proyek-di-garut-ke-aph","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/2021-19092\/lbh-padjajaran-dukung-santri-pasundan-laporkan-mafia-proyek-di-garut-ke-aph.html","title":{"rendered":"LBH Padjajaran Dukung Santri Pasundan Laporkan Mafia Proyek di Garut ke APH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;<\/b> <\/span>Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Padjajaran mendukung dan mengapresiasi langkah Perkumpulan Santri Pasundan yang akan melaporkan mafia proyek di sejumlah kasus pembangunan pasar di Kabupaten Garut ke aparat penegak hukum (APH).<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) Perkumpulan Santri Pasundan, Hendro Sugiarto, mengatakan dalam waktu dekat akan melaporkan secara formal dugaan adanya mafia proyek dalam pembangunan pasar di Garut ke Kejagung, Mabes Polri, dan KPK. Karena sudah sejak satu bulan yang lalu, pihaknya telah mendapat arahan untuk melakukan langkah tersebut dari hasil konsultasi dengan pihak Kejagung.<\/p>\n<p>Pendiri dan Analis LBH Padjajaran, Hasanuddin, menilai apa yang dilakukan Hendro dan kawan-kawan itu merupakan bentuk keberanian dan upaya membantu penegakan hukum, sebagaimana juga dilindungi oleh UU.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mafia proyek dalam beberapa hal berkorelasi dengan mafia birokrasi, sebagai satu kesatuan yang tak terpisahkan,&#8221; jelas dia, Senin (1\/3\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Sementara menyinggung pernyataan Hendro (<strong>GOSIPGARUT.ID, 1\/3\/2021)<\/strong> bahwa pihaknya mendapatkan tiga lembar kwintasi transaksi pinjaman uang, sejumlah Rp3 milliar lebih, yang diduga ditandatangani seorang pejabat tinggi Garut yang berstatus sebagai peminjam uang pada pengusaha pemenang lelang pada pembangunan Pasar Leles, Hasanuddin menanggapinya sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p>Pertama, informasi dan\/atau fakta tersebut sebaiknya disampaikan kepada APH, dalam hal ini pihak kejaksaan karena kejaksaan memiliki kewenangan melakukan penyelidikan dan penyidikan terkait dokumen kwitansi itu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kedua, hal ini mempedomani UU Tipikor dan KUHAP. Di mana kewenanangan ini melekat pada APH, untuk melakukan penyelidikan baik berkenaan dengan keabsahan dokumen tersebut, menguji kebenaran faktanya dan mencari motifnya,&#8221; ujar Hasanuddin.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut dia, sebagai warga negara yang taat hukum, sebaiknya dokumen tersebut diserahkan dan dijelaskan kepada APH, sehingga tidak menimbulkan polemik, spekulasi, dan meresahkan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ketiga, menurut hemat kami, jika dokumen tersebut sah dan benar, maka dokumen itu dapat menjadi bukti petunjuk terhadap suatu peristiwa hukum,&#8221; kata Hasanuddin.
