{"id":19051,"date":"2021-02-25T19:11:25","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T12:11:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/?p=19051"},"modified":"2021-02-25T19:11:25","modified_gmt":"2021-02-25T12:11:25","slug":"pln-akan-periksa-kwh-meter-delapan-juta-pelanggan-prabayar-di-jabar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/2021-19051\/pln-akan-periksa-kwh-meter-delapan-juta-pelanggan-prabayar-di-jabar.html","title":{"rendered":"PLN Akan Periksa kWh Meter Delapan Juta Pelanggan Prabayar di Jabar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;<\/b> <\/span>PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Barat (Jabar) menyatakan, dalam waktu dekat ini akan melakukan pemeriksaan alat pembatas dan pengukur atau kWh meter listrik delapan juta pelanggan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pelayanan.<\/p>\n<p>Manager Komunikasi PLN UID Jabar Iwan Ridwan, Kamis (25\/2\/2021) mengatakan bahwa pemeriksaan APP\/kWh tersebut dilakukan untuk memastikan kWh meter berfungsi dengan baik dan mengukur normal, termasuk proses pembaruan perangkat lunak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Alat Pembatas dan Pengukur atau APP yang terdiri dari kWh meter dan MCB berfungsi sebagai pengukur pemakaian listrik pelanggan dan pengaman sekaligus pembatas arus. Nah, agar penggunaan listrik di rumah pelanggan berfungsi dengan aman, baik dan mengukur normal, maka dilakukan pemeriksaan,&#8221; kata Iwan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pelanggan tidak perlu khawatir ya, karena petugas sedang melakukan pemeriksaan berkala,&#8221; lanjut dia.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan data dari PLN, jumlah pelanggan listrik prabayar PLN Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Barat pada Januari 2021, naik delapan persen dibanding tahun 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Total pelanggan prabayar yang pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 7,65 juta pelanggan kini menjadi 8,28 juta pelanggan. Jumlah pelanggan tersebut 54 persen dari total pelanggan PLN UID Jabar yaitu 15,22 juta pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>Iwan menambahkan bahwa program pemeriksaan ini dilakukan di seluruh Indonesia dan tidak dikenakan biaya apapun kepada pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>Pelanggan juga tidak perlu khawatir dengan pulsa yang sudah terisi karena pelaksanaan pemeriksaan atau pembaruan perangkat lunak ini tidak mempengaruhi sisa pulsa.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, untuk menghindari gagal masuk token, pelanggan diharapkan dapat memasukkan semua token pulsa yang telah dibeli sebelum pelaksanaan pembaruan perangkat lunak.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Iwan menghimbau agar pelanggan tetap waspada kepada oknum-oknum yang mengaku petugas PLN dan menawarkan berbagai produk atau layanan tidak resmi PLN seperti box kWh meter, genset, alat penghemat listrik, jasa pindah tiang listriik, ganti kWh meter dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk meminimalisasi tindakan kurang menyenangkan dari petugas palsu tersebut, masyarakat sebaiknya mengenal ciri-ciri petugas resmi PLN.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami hadir ke rumah pelanggan dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan, memiliki surat tugas, menggunakan tanda pengenal, memakai pakaian
