{"id":18973,"date":"2021-02-17T18:09:38","date_gmt":"2021-02-17T11:09:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/?p=18973"},"modified":"2021-02-17T18:09:38","modified_gmt":"2021-02-17T11:09:38","slug":"penyintas-bencana-longsor-di-cilawu-akan-segera-direlokasi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/2021-18973\/penyintas-bencana-longsor-di-cilawu-akan-segera-direlokasi.html","title":{"rendered":"Penyintas Bencana Longsor di Cilawu Akan Segera Direlokasi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;<\/b><\/span> Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Garut akan segera merelokasi para pemilik rumah yang kediamannya terancam dan tidak bisa ditinggali akibat longsor dan pergerakan tanah di kawasan Kampung Cipageur, Desa Karyamekar, Kecamatan Cilawu, Kabupaten Garut.<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut disampaikan langsung Bupati Rudy Gunawan saat diwawancarai oleh wartawan seusai meninjau secara langsung lokasi bencana yang terjadi di kawasan tersebut, Rabu (17\/2\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengatakan, pihaknya memutuskan untuk membeli tanah agar proses relokasi bisa segera dilakukan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJadi kami menyimpulkan bahwa bencana itu semakin meluas, ancaman juga semakin meluas, pergerakan terjadi setiap jam dan ini sangat berbahaya. Jadi kami tadi memutuskan untuk segera membeli tanah untuk relokasi,\u201d ujar Rudy.<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengungkapkan, masyarakat setuju untuk direlokasi dengan syarat lokasi yang nanti akan dijadikan tempat tinggal tetap berada di kawasan Kampung Cipager.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMasyarakat sudah setuju tetapi ingin juga (tetap) di kampung ini. Kami dalam dua atau tiga hari ini ada negosiasi dengan pemilik tanah. Saya menjamin bahwa Pemkab mungkin nanti dibantu oleh BNPB (Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana) akan menyelesaikan masalah ini di pasca bencana,\u201d ungkap Rudy.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menyampaikan lokasi yang akan dijadikan tempat untuk merelokasi warga yang kediamannya tidak bisa dihuni kembali memiliki luas 1 hektar, sedangkan untuk anggarannya akan segera dibuat oleh Pemkab Garut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLokasi yang kita beli itu masih dalam satu RW luasnya 1 hektar ini bisa menampung sekitar 50 rumah. Anggarannya ya kami dibuatkan anggaran seefisien dan seefektif mungkin sesuai dengan pricesell (harga jual) kami akan buatkan,\u201d tutur Rudy.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk tempat relokasi ini, lanjut dia, sudah melalui prosedur yang ada sehingga lokasi yang akan dijadikan tempat relokasi ini sudah dipastikan aman untuk dihuni oleh warga.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTentu kami ketika membeli kan ada prosedur bahwa itu sudah aman. (ahli) Geologi besok mungkin datang,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Rudy menyebutkan di lokasi bencana ini ada sekitar 40 rumah yang sudah masuk zona merah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZona merah ini 15 rumah yang zona merah, tapi bertambah terus setiap hari kami anggap itu sekitar 40 rumah sudah dikirakan zona merah. Kami sudah melarang mereka di sana, dan makanya kami segera membeli tanah, kalau sudah dinyatakan daerah yang dibeli itu adalah aman,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kepada para penyintas bencana longsor Cilawu Rudy juga memberikan bantuan yang diberikan oleh Bank BJB (Bank Jabar Banten).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami menerima bantuan dari BJB Cabang Garut untuk korban bencana longsor di Desa Karyamekar, Kecamatan Cilawu diterima langsung oleh bapak camat dan bapak kades.
