{"id":18890,"date":"2021-02-11T05:51:26","date_gmt":"2021-02-10T22:51:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/?p=18890"},"modified":"2021-02-11T05:51:26","modified_gmt":"2021-02-10T22:51:26","slug":"pilkades-serentak-di-garut-akan-berlangsung-8-juni-271-desa-dan-2228-tps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/2021-18890\/pilkades-serentak-di-garut-akan-berlangsung-8-juni-271-desa-dan-2228-tps.html","title":{"rendered":"Pilkades Serentak di Garut akan Berlangsung 8 Juni, 271 Desa dan 2228 TPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;<\/b><\/span> Pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) serentak di Kabupaten Garut akan berlangsung pada hari Selasa (8 Juni 2021) di 40 kecamatan, 271 desa, dan 2228 TPS (tempat pemungutan suara).<\/p>\n<p>Bupati Rudy Gunawan mengatakan hal itu pada peresmian pelaksanaan pilkades serentak yang digelar dalam video teleconference, di Gedung Command Center, Kecamatan Garut Kota, Rabu (10\/2\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTentu pilkades ini dilaksanakan secara serentak dan tentunya harus sukses. Sukses dari sisi penyelenggaraan dan dari sisi akses demokrasi masyarakat dengan bebas jujur dan adil melaksanakan haknya secara rahasia,\u201d ujar dia.<\/p>\n<p>Bupati menyampaikan, saat ini banyak desa yang memiliki peminat calon kepala desa lebih dari 5 orang, sehingga harus dilakukan tes sesuai aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari laporan sementara ini berdasarkan dari hasil uji lapangan diperkirakan ada 125 desa lebih yang akan mendapatkan lebih daripada 5 orang, sehingga diperlukan suatu tes sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Bupati Rudy menambahkan, dikarenakan pilkades saat ini dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi Covid-19, bahwa untuk pelaksanaan di TPS maksimal itu hanya 500 hak pilih yang boleh memilih di satu TPS. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaan pilkades di setiap desa akan ada lebih dari 6 TPS.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hal itu sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri, Permendagri, dan surat edaran Menteri Dalam
