GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b> <\/span>Sejumlah tanaman hias saat ini memang tengah menjadi primadona bagi para pecintanya. Namun mungkin akan berpikir ulang kalau harus membeli tanaman menggunakan rumahnya. Namun oleh seorang warga Garut, hal itu dilakukannya.<\/p>\n

Adalah Hidmat Syamsudin, warga Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul, Kabupaten Garut, yang melakukan hal itu. Beberapa hari kemarin, ia menukarkan rumah miliknya seharga Rp500 juta dengan puluhan tanaman hias.<\/p>\n

Cerita yang dianggap “gila” oleh sebagian orang itu kini tengah menjadi perbincangan hangat warga Garut. Bagaimana tidak, demi tanam hias Hidmat menukarkan rumahnya dengan tanaman hias.<\/p>\n

Saat dihubungi, Selasa (12\/1\/2021), Hidmat mengaku bahwa apa yang dilakukannya merupakan barter investasi. “Iya, lebih ke barter investasi,” kata dia.<\/p>\n

Rumahnya, diungkapkan Hidmat, dibarter dengan sekitar 40 jenis tanaman hias dengan seorang penjual tanaman di Depok.<\/p>\n

“Ada sekitar 40 tanaman di barter dengan rumah. Baru beberapa hari kemarin lah,” tuturnya.<\/p>\n

Hidmat juga bercerita tentang tanaman yang menyelamatkan perekonomian keluarganya saat pandemi virus Covid-19 melanda Indonesia.<\/p>\n

“Tidak diduga-duga, saat usaha sedang turun karena pandemi, tanaman ini bisa jadi penyelamat,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Hidmat sendiri membantah kabar bahwa kisahnya membarter tanaman dengan rumah merupakan setting<\/i>-an. Dia memiliki bukti otentik proses transaksi.<\/p>\n

“Nggak ada setting<\/i>-an. Tanaman sudah di tangan saya, begitu pun sertifikat rumah sudah di tangan penjual,” tutup Hidmat.<\/p>\n

Sementara penjual tanaman di Depok bernama Mario tertimpa rezeki nomplok. Sebab, tanamannya dibeli Hidmat bukan dengan uang, melainkan dengan satu rumah senilai Rp500 juta.<\/p>\n

Mario pun mengaku kaget. Baru pertama ini dia mendapat pembeli yang membayar tanamannya dengan rumah.<\/p>\n

“Awalnya sih saya tidak nyangka sebelumnya tidak kenal (dengan pembeli), saya tanya kepada beliau dapat info nomor saya dari mana, ternyata dia mengikuti posting-an saya di Facebook<\/i>, terus dia tanya ke saya ada berapa jenis tanaman di sini, waktu kan emang lagi ada beberapa yang aroid ya,” kata Mario, Rabu (13\/1\/2021).<\/p>\n

“Terus dia menawarkan langsung menukar dengan rumah, saya juga kaget, lho kenapa nggak dibeli pake uang aja, karena kan dia tertarik dengan koleksi saya yang jumlahnya banyak, dia menawarkan langsung rumah,” lanjutnya.<\/p>\n

Namun Mario tidak langsung menerima tawaran tersebut. Dia mempertimbangkan terlebih dahulu dengan keluarga. Sekitar 2 minggu berlalu, dia pun menerima tawaran itu.<\/p>\n

“Saya juga kan awalnya belum mengiyakan, kalau bisa ya menurut saya dibeli saja, sekitar dua mingguan saya proses menawar kalau bisa uang saja, tapi tetap dia menawarkan rumah, katanya ‘untuk investasi coba dipikirkan Pak’. Karena dia senang dengan tanaman saya dengan jumlah yang banyak, saya bilang saja, coba datang saja dulu ke tempat saya, terus dia datang, dan dia hampir semua senang. Waktu itu ada sekitar 500 pot.”<\/p>\n

“Terus saya tanya emang nilai rumahnya berapa. terus disebutkan segitu, terus saya bilang ya udah kalau memang dibeli oke, dituker dengan rumahnya juga oke. Setelah itu saya diundang ke Garut untuk melihat rumah itu, saya sekeluarga ke sana, terus mungkin cocok semua, istri-anak itu ke sana, setelah itu transaksinya jadi,” kata Mario.<\/p>\n

Akhirnya transaksi itu pun terjadi pada 9 Januari 2021. Dia pun sudah menerima surat lengkap rumah yang ditawarkan itu. Mario mengatakan belum ada niat untuk menggunakan atau menjual kembali rumah tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Wah, kita belum tahu nih, kita kan usahanya di Jakarta, jadi belum tahu akan ditempatin atau dijual, tapi ya sekarang dibiarin dulu aja deh,” ujarnya. (Mrdk\/dtc)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
