GOSIPGARUT.ID —<\/b><\/span> Merasa tidak terima atas laporan Komite Peduli Jawa Barat (KPJB) kepada Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jabar atas dugaan pemotongan Bantuan Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM), Kepala Desa Garumukti, Kecamatan Pamulihan, Kabupaten Garut, Ede Sukmana akan melaporkan balik LSM KPJB atas tuduhan pemotongan tersebut.<\/p>\n

Melalui kuasa hukumnya dari Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Lingkaran Masyarakat Peduli Advokat Hukum (Limpah), Ede melaporkan Maman Sunarman dan Viktor JR masing-masing sebagai Ketua dan Sekretaris LSM KPJB kepada pihak kepolisian atas dugaan pencemaran nama baik yang dilakukan terlapor di media sosial.<\/p>\n

“Saya tidak merasa melakukan pemotongan BPUM karena bantuan tersebut langsung diterima oleh penerima melalui bank penyalur. Yang kedua tidak ada cek dan ricek dari KPJB kepada kepala desa yang dituduh melakukan pemotongan,” jelas Kades Garumukti, Ede Sukmana, Kamis (24\/12\/2020).<\/p>\n

Ia menuturkan, pihaknya kini sudah berkoordinasi dengan LBH Limpah untuk membuat laporan balik atas tuduhan tersebut karena merasa dirugikan dan dicemarkan nama baiknya sebagai kepala desa atas tuduhan melakukan pemotongan BPUM untuk masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19.<\/p>\n

“Sebagai warga negara yang peduli terhadap hukum dan peraturan perundangan-undangan yang berlaku, kami (para kepala desa di Kecamatan Pamulihan) akan melakukan upaya hukum atas laporan dan tuduhan yang tidak berdasar karena sangat merugikan, baik secara pribadi maupun secara kelembagaan,” tandas Ede.<\/p>\n

Direktur LBH Limpah, Ang Heri Hasan Basri, SH, membenarkan melakukan pendampingan hukum kepada Kepala Desa Garumukti, Ede Sukmana, atas dugaan pencemaran nama baik yang dilakukan Maman Sunarman dan Viktor JR (Ketua dan Sekretaris LSM KPJB).<\/p>\n

“Perbuatan dan tindakan terlapor diduga telah menjatuhkan kehormatan dan harkat derajat seseorang — dalam hal ini telah merugikan, menjatuhkan kehormatan harkat dan martabat korban. Untuk itu Saudara Maman Sunarman dan Viktor JR masing-masing sebagai Ketua dan Sekretaris LSM KPJB, dilaporkan balik dengan pasal 450 ayat (3) dan pasal 310 KUHP,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya, melalui surat tertanggal 10 Desember 2020 Nomor 09\/5-UPM.KPJB\/Garut\/X11\/2020, KPJB melaporkan lima desa di Kecamatan Pamulihan (Pakenjeng, Pananjung, Garumukti, Linggarjati, dan Panawa) serta Desa Panyindangan di Kecamatan Pakenjeng, melakukan pemotongan BPUM sebesar Rp900 ribu secara bersama-sama dan dalam waktu yang bersamaan.<\/p>\n
