Alasannya, penundaan sejumlah kegiatan (<em>refocusing<\/em>) karena pandemi Covid-19, memaksa jumlah jatah pembagian laptop dikurangi.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Dinsos Garut, Ade Hendarsyah, mengatakan, sebenarnya jumlah TKSK ada 42 sesuai dengan jumlah kecamatan. Dari 42 TKSK itu, sebanyak tiga TKSK sudah mendapatkan laptop bantuan Kementrian Sosial (Kemensos) melalui sistem layanan dan rujukan terpadu. Sisanya, 39 lagi dan akan diberi melalui APBD Kabupaten Garut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tadinya kami ingin semua kebagian. Tapi, karena ada <em>refocusing<\/em>, baru bisa kita sediakan sebanyak 20 laptop untuk 20 TKSK. Kekurangannya19 TKSK lagi yang belum kebagian,&#8221; kata dia, saat memberikan laptop untuk para TKSK se-Kabupaten Garut di Desa Padaawas, Kecamatan Pasirwangi, Rabu (23\/12\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Ade berharap untuk laptop yang kurangnya bisa diberikan kepada 19 TKSK pada tahun 2021. &#8220;Mudah-mudahan di anggaran perubahan, karana pada (anggran) murni sudah di tetapkan,&#8221; tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Ade, laptop menjadi hal penting di era digitalilasi ini, khususnya bagi para TKSK. &#8220;Karena memang di zaman sekarang (di era digitalisasi) laptop merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat penting &#8212; terutama tugas pokok TKSK terkait dengan pendataan, tidak ada alasan lagi ke depannya tidak punya daya karena tidak ada laptop,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Wakil Bupati Helmi Budimna yang turut menghadiri acara ini, mengatakan, saat pandemi menerpa, hal utama yang jadi perhatian adalah terkait data.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya berpikir pada waktu itu memanggil beberapa dinas yang paling utama yang harus dibenahi itu ialah data. Dan memang betul Kabupaten Garut ialah kabupaten yang tidak bermasalah tentang data. Alhamdulilah di kabupaten kita tidak ada gejolak seperti di kabupaten lain. Dan akhirnya alhamdulillah 65 sampai 70 persen masyarakat kita mendapatkan bantuan,&#8221; papar dia.<\/p>\n<p>Helmi menyampaikan, pihaknya akan menyempurnakan kekurangan laptop dari TKSK. &#8220;Insya Allah kalau tadi kepala dinas minta dianggarkan di tahun depan, maka saya dengan senang hati untuk menyempurnakan kekurangan laptop untuk para pejuang kemanusian TKSK,&#8221;
