Sebab, setiap kali menginginkan menu makanan khas Sunda favorit, di rumah makan ini selalu tersedia.<\/p>\n<p>Sebut saja seperti semur jengkol, lalapan, ulukutek leunca, pais (pepes) impun, dan goreng anak ikan mujair. Menu makanan favorit banyak orang itu seolah menjadi primadona di resto Mang Engkun. <\/p>\n<p>Di resto ini juga ada menu makanan yang digemari banyak orang di Garut Selatan, yaitu makanan yang berbahan dasar bunga terubuk. <\/p>\n<p>Masakan seperti sop terubuk, pindang terubuk, atau opor terubuk, mungkin bagi warga di luar Garut Selatan masih asing mendengarnya. Tetapi bagi warga di Garut Selatan, aneh kayanya kalau ada yang tidak tahu jika masakan dari terubuk itu sungguh enak dan nikmat.<\/p>\n<p>Senin pagi (21\/1\/2019), mencoba makan pagi (sarapan) di resto Mang Engkun. Sekira pukul 06.30 WIB resto tersebut sudah buka dan menu makanannya masih hangat-hangat.<\/p>\n<p>Dari sekian banyak menu makanan yang ada di sana, ingin rasanya mencoba sarapan dengan opor terubuk. Untuk temannya, digandengkan ulukutek leunca dan semur telor.
