(Oleh: Agnes Marcellina)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>UNTUK<\/b><\/span> mendapatkan sebuah pencapaian besar diperlukan langkah-langkah kecil dalam proses menuju sebuah keberhasilan. Langkah-langkah kecil yang sekarang sedang dilakukan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Penguatan Daya Saing Produk Kelautan dan Perikanan KKP yang dipimpin oleh Dirjen Artati Widiarti adalah membuat Pasar Ikan Modern di berbagai tempat di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Pasar Ikan ketiga yang sudah dibangun dan diresmikan pada tanggal 6 November 2020 adalah Pasar Ikan Modern di Palembang yang lokasinya ada di tengah kota yaitu di Jalan M.P. Mangkunegara. Luas PIM ini hampir 1 hektar dengan luas bangunan 6.346 meter persegi, sebesar dua lantai yang konstruksi bangunannya bisa ditambah di kemudian hari jika diperlukan.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini bangunan lantai dasar digunakan untuk penjualan ikan segar dan beku sedangkan di lantai dua adalah pusat kuliner produk ikan.<\/p>\n<p>Pasar Ikan Modern yang sudah dibangun oleh KKP dan kemudian operasionalnya diserahkan kepada pemerintah setempat sudah ada di tiga lokasi, yaitu Muara Baru-Jakarta, Soreang \u2013Jawa Barat, dan terbaru di Palembang ini.<\/p>\n<p>Model PIM seperti ini sangat dinantikan oleh masyarakat karena ada banyak manfaat yang didapatkan yaitu membuka dan meningkatkan peluang usaha bagi nelayan dan pedagang ikan, UMKM serta memudahkan akses masyarakat kota untuk bisa mendapatkan produk ikan di tempat yang mudah terjangkau dan bersih.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan mengusung #pasarlautindonesia#, Direktur Pemasaran Ditjen PDSPKP, Machmud telah membina 1.355 UMKM dengan memberikan pelatihan dan dukungan yang beragam, pelatihan digital marketing, promosi produk, akses perbankan dan keuangan serta pemasaran secara online.<\/p>\n<p>Memang, PIM yang kita miliki saat ini belum bisa menyamai pasar ikan seperti Garak Market di Seoul Korea Selatan atau Tsukiji Market di Tokyo Jepang. Pasar Ikan milik mereka tersebut bukan hanya sebagai pusat dagang saja tetapi juga menjadi tempat wisata bagi siapapun yang datang ke Korea dan Jepang untuk berlibur.<\/p>\n<p>Mengapa wisatawan sangat antusias untuk melihatnya? Karena pasar ikan tersebut menarik dengan kultur budaya masing-masing negara, super bersih, lalu lalang kesibukan di pasar tersebut, aneka kuliner khas negara negara tersebut. Pokoknya asyik&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Ketiga pasar ikan yang kita miliki saat ini adalah embrio dari PIM yang akan dibangun selanjutnya, tetapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu kita renungkan bersama adalah bagaimana membuat PIM bisa seperti di negara-negara yang saya sebutkan tadi. Persoalan ini kembali lagi kepada kita sebagai sebuah bangsa, apakah kita mampu meraih capaian seperti orang lain?<\/p>\n<p>Mampukan pengelola BUMD untuk professional merawat bangunan yang sudah menghabiskan dana sebesar Rp25 miliar bisa terus bertahan dan tidak menjadikannya mangkrak di kemudian hari?<\/p>\n<p>Mampukah para pedagang secara konsisten menyediakan barang yang berkualitas, menjaga kebersihan masing-masing lapaknya?<\/p>\n<p>Mampukah para pengunjung untuk juga menjaga lingkungan dan tidak membuang sampah sembarangan, dan kemampuan lainnya yang sebenarnya tidak sulit untuk dilaksanakan jika ada kemauan?<\/p>\n<p>Negara sudah memulai dan tugas kita untuk menjaganya. Jika semuanya bisa kita lakukan bersama-sama, maka niscaya harapan dan langkah-langkah kecil yang sudah dibuat oleh Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan akan memberikan sebuah warisan di masing-masing kota dengan adanya Pasar Ikan Modern.
