{"id":16583,"date":"2020-09-26T21:37:58","date_gmt":"2020-09-26T14:37:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/?p=16583"},"modified":"2020-09-26T21:37:58","modified_gmt":"2020-09-26T14:37:58","slug":"mui-garut-sesalkan-terjadinya-kasus-pemotongan-bantuan-pesantren","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gosipgarut.id\/read\/2020-16583\/mui-garut-sesalkan-terjadinya-kasus-pemotongan-bantuan-pesantren.html","title":{"rendered":"MUI Garut Sesalkan Terjadinya Kasus Pemotongan Bantuan Pesantren"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;<\/b> <\/span>Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Kabupaten Garut, ikut angkat bicara menanggapi terjadinya kasus dugaan pemotongan bantuan Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) untuk pesantren dan madrasah diniyah di Garut.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua MUI Garut, KH Sirodjul Munir mengaku sangat menyesalkan jika memang sampai terjadi pemotongan bantuan tersebut. Apapun alasannya, kata dia, pemotongan itu hukumnya haram dan tidak seharusnya terjadi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jelas, kami sangat menyesalkan hal itu. Apalagi yang dipotong ini adalah dana bantuan untuk pesantren dan madrasah diniyah atau untuk kegiatan syiar Islam. Saya tegaskan pemotongan ini hukumnya haram,&#8221; kata Munir, Sabtu (26\/9\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengaku, sangat kaget ketika mendengar kabar adanya pemotongan bantuan untuk pesantren dan madrasah diniyah di Garut.\u00a0Apalagi dari informasi tersebut, pemotongan dilakukan dengan jumlah yang tidak sedikit yakni mencapai 50 persen bahkan ada yang lebih.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Munir, kasus ini harus betul-betul diproses secara hukum. Oleh karenanya, ia meminta aparat penegak hukum untuk segera turun tangan guna menindaklanjuti hal tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kasus ini tak boleh dibiarkan dan harus ditindaklanjuti secara hukum. Sebaiknya aparat hukum secepatnya melakukan penyelidikan guna menindaklanjuti permasalahan ini,&#8221; ujar Munir.<\/p>\n<p>Selain APH, ia pun meminta Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) juga turun tangan sebagai langkah awal penyelidikan.\u00a0Setelah ada temuan BPK, nanti bisa ditindaklanjuti dengan penyelidikan yang dilakukan aparat penegak hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Kepada pihak pesantren dan madrasah diniyah yang merasa telah dirugikan, Munir pun meminta untuk segera melaporkan secara resmi ke aparat penegak hukum.\u00a0&#8220;Kasus ini jangan sampai dibiarkan berlarut-larut karena bisa saja menimbulkan hal yang negatif jika tak segera diproses secara hukum,&#8221; kata Munir.<\/p>\n<p>Tak hanya itu, ia pun menilai, akan lebih baik lagi jika para pimpinan pesantren maupun madrasah diniyah yang dana bantuannya dipotong untuk mengembalikan bantuan yang telah diterimanya.\u00a0Langkah ini dianggapnya jauh lebih baik ketimbang ke depannya menimbulkan hal yang mudharat.\u00a0<b>(Rmol)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GOSIPGARUT.ID &#8212;
