Dadang Hidayat Martawijaya, M. Pd. Dengan pengenalan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas SDM terutama siswa SMK yang memiliki kompetensi tersetandar,&#8221; kata Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kurikulum, Hani Aryani, M.Pd, Senin (31\/08\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Yang dimaksud terstandar, lanjut dia, yakni adanya sinkronisasi antara kurikulum yang dipelajari di sekolah dengan yang ada di Industri. &#8220;Tentunya mulai dari sarana prasarananya, kegiatan pembelajarannya, kebutuhan industrinya seperti apa, sehingga apa yang dibutuhkan oleh industri itu disiapkan oleh sekolah. Sehingga lulusan SMK itu betul-betul memiliki kompetensi yang terstandar,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Disebutkan Hani, kegiatan pengenlan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory 6 Langkah ini diprakarsai oleh kepala sekolahnya dengan tujuan akhirnya agar lulusan sekolahnya memiliki kompetensi dan bisa bersaing di pasaran kerja.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu pemateri sekaligus penemu model pembelajaran Teaching Factory 6 Langkah, H. Dadang Hidayat Martawijaya, mengatakan, kegiatan tersebut dibagi tiga tahap.<\/p>\n<p>Tahap pertama diikuti oleh manajemen sekolah, kedua diikuti oleh seluruh ketua kompetensi keahlian, dan seluruh guru produktif.
