Tahu mengandung protein nabati yang menyehatkan jantung. Selain itu tahu juga murah dan mudah didapat.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau bosan dengan olahan digoreng atau dipakai sebagai campuran omelet dan sayur tumis, olah saja jadi perkedel. Diberi tambahan udang, perkedel tahu rasanya jadi makin gurih enak. Dimakan hangat sebagai pengiring nasi pasti sangat sedap.<\/p>\n<p>Tahu putih yang bagus kualitasnya jadi kunci kelezatan perkedel ini. Bilas dengan air panas lalu tiriskan tahu. Jika perlu bungkus kain dan tindihi dengan piring yang diberi pemberat agar seluruh cairan keluar. Ini agar adonan perkedel tidak lembek. <\/p>\n<p>Tahu yang gurih lembut enak dibuat perkedel dengan tambahan udang. Bagian luarnya kering renyah dan bagian dalamnya lembut gurih.
